गुमला में शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नया प्रयोग: ‘गिफ्ट ऑफ एजुकेशन’ के अंतर्गत कक्षा 1 से 3 तक के बच्चों के लिए नवाचारी योजनाएं शुरू

शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता को नई दिशा देने के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने ‘गिफ्ट ऑफ एजुकेशन’ कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत एक नवीन कार्ययोजना को स्वीकृति दी है। जिला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में यह योजना विशेष रूप से कक्षा 1 से 3 के बच्चों को केंद्र में रखकर तैयार की गई है, जो बच्चों को विद्यालय के माहौल से सहज रूप से जोड़ने और उनकी सीखने की प्रक्रिया को आकर्षक बनाने पर केंद्रित है।

बाल अनुकूल शिक्षा व्यवस्था की ओर एक सशक्त कदम

इस वर्ष से ‘प्रोजेक्ट अजीत: A Journey Towards Inspiration & Transformation’ के तहत गुमला के सभी सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में कक्षा 1 में नए दाखिल बच्चों के लिए बाल अनुकूल कक्षा वातावरण बनाने की दिशा में कार्य शुरू किया जा रहा है। इन कक्षाओं को रंगीन चित्रों, कहानियों और स्थानीय शिक्षण सामग्री (TLM) से सजाया जाएगा, जिससे बच्चों के मन में पढ़ाई के प्रति उत्सुकता बढ़े।

‘छोटा कोना, बड़ी उड़ान’ – रीडिंग कॉर्नर की स्थापना

बच्चों में पढ़ने की आदत को विकसित करने और भाषाई दक्षता बढ़ाने के लिए प्रत्येक विद्यालय में ‘छोटा कोना, बड़ी उड़ान – पढ़ना सबका अधिकार’ नाम से एक नवाचारी रीडिंग कॉर्नर की शुरुआत की जा रही है। यहां बच्चों को प्रेरक किताबें, कहानियां और चित्रात्मक साहित्य उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

संकुल संसाधन केंद्र होंगे परिवर्तन के आधार

जिले के सभी 12 प्रखंडों में स्थापित 100 संकुल संसाधन केंद्रों को प्रभावी बनाया जाएगा। इन केंद्रों के माध्यम से शिक्षक सहयोग, स्कूलों का नियमित अनुश्रवण, सामुदायिक भागीदारी और नवाचार को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। साथ ही, तकनीकी समन्वय और विद्यालय प्रबंधन समितियों के साथ संवाद को सशक्त किया जाएगा।

प्रेरणा मंच और बाल सभा से निखरेगा नेतृत्व कौशल

सहायक नोडल पदाधिकारी दिलदार सिंह के अनुसार, विद्यालयों में ‘प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर’ अभियान के तहत प्रेरणा मंच और बाल सभा का गठन किया जाएगा। इसमें शिक्षकों और विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों द्वारा बच्चों को प्रेरक कहानियां सुनाई जाएंगी, जिससे बच्चों का आत्मविश्वास और नेतृत्व कौशल उभर सके।

साझेदार संस्थाओं की भूमिका और नवाचार का सम्मान

अजीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन, पिरामल फाउंडेशन और प्रथम एजुकेशन फाउंडेशन जैसे संगठनों के सहयोग से समर कैंप, ड्रॉप आउट बच्चों की पुनः स्कूल में वापसी, और जन जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। वहीं, शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नवाचार कर रहे शिक्षकों और कर्मियों को जिला स्तर पर सम्मानित किया जाएगा। उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि हासिल करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को भी संकुल एवं विद्यालय स्तर पर सम्मान देने की योजना बनाई गई है।
