खूंटी जिला प्रशासन, झारखंड द्वारा ग्रासरूट्स खेल विकास मॉडल को सशक्त बनाने की पहल

उत्कर्ष: सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस फॉर स्पोर्ट्स (CoES) 5,000+ युवाओं तक पहुंच चुका है, जिनमें 27 खिलाड़ी राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर, 72 राज्य स्तर पर, और 6 खिलाड़ी उच्च सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के लिए चयनित हुए हैं

नई दिल्ली , 25th April: खूंटी जिले में स्थानीय खेल प्रतिभाओं को प्रोत्साहित और प्रशिक्षित करने के उद्देश्य से, जिला प्रशासन ने रूट्स फाउंडेशन के माध्यम से उत्कर्ष – सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस फॉर स्पोर्ट्स, खूंटी परियोजना का शुभारंभ जनवरी 2024 में किया था। यह जिला प्रशासन, खूंटी की अभिनव पहल है, जो खूंटी की खेल परंपरा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। इस परियोजना के तहत बच्चों को खेल-विशेष मार्गदर्शन और उच्च स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है, ताकि वे अपनी खेल क्षमताओं को निखार सकें और अपने क्षेत्र, खूंटी, झारखंड को राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर गौरवान्वित कर सकें।

खूंटी उपायुक्त श्री लोकेश मिश्रा (IAS), जिला योजना अधिकारी श्री कुंदन कुमार और जिला खेल अधिकारी श्री राजेश के नेतृत्व में यह परियोजना बड़ी सफलता प्राप्त कर रही है | उपायुक्त ने कदम-कदम पर मार्गदर्शन दिया तथा नियमित निरीक्षण करते हुए परियोजना की प्रगति पर सतत निगरानी बनाए रखी, वह कहते हैं, “प्रोजेक्ट उत्कर्ष सिर्फ खेल प्रतिभाओं के विकास का मंच नहीं है, बल्कि यह बदलाव, अवसर और भविष्य निर्माण की पहल है। यह पहल खूंटी की टैलेंटेड पीढ़ी को खेलों के क्षेत्र में एक नई पहचान दिला रही है। जिले में नेसर्गिक रूप से खिलाड़ी मौजूद हैं।” उन्होंने यह भी सराहा कि रूट्स फाउंडेशन ने विभिन्न खेलों की गाइडलाइनों को ध्यान में रखते हुए खिलाड़ियों को सही दिशा में प्रशिक्षित किया, जिससे बच्चों को खूंटी जिले का प्रतिनिधित्व करने में किसी प्रकार की कठिनाई नहीं हुई।

प्रोजेक्ट उत्कर्ष को लागू करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने खूंटी के छह ब्लॉकों में 20 ट्रायल आयोजित किए, जिसमें 5,000 से अधिक छात्रों ने भाग लिया। इन ट्रायल्स से 100 प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों का चयन किया गया, जिनमें 36 छात्रों को हॉकी और फुटबॉल तथा 28 को एथलेटिक्स के लिए चुना गया। ये छात्र 12 से 17 आयु वर्ग में खेलते हैं। छात्रों को जून 2024 में परियोजना के तहत आवासीय सुविधा में शामिल किया गया, जहां वे नियमित रूप से सुबह और शाम खेल विशेषज्ञ ट्रेनर और खेल प्रबंधन टीम के निर्देशन में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। उत्कर्ष परियोजना के तहत छात्रों के समग्र विकास को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उच्च स्तरीय बुनियादी ढांचा उपलब्ध कराया गया है।

छात्रों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा के लिए सरकारी स्कूलों तक समर्पित बस के माध्यम से पहुंचाया जाता है। छात्रों को आवासीय सुविधा में पोषणयुक्त भोजन और स्पोर्ट्स करियर काउंसलिंग का लाभ भी प्रदान किया जा रहा है।

दस महीनों के प्रशिक्षण में प्रोजेक्ट उत्कर्ष ने उल्लेखनीय प्रगति की है। परियोजना के 27% छात्रों ने राष्ट्रीय स्तर और 64% छात्रों ने राज्य/सभागीय स्तर पर टूर्नामेंटों में खूंटी जिले का प्रतिनिधित्व किया है। गणालोया, खूंटी गांव की 15 वर्षीय छात्रा अनिशा कुमारी इसका उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण हैं। वह अब राज्य स्तर पर हॉकी में प्रतिस्पर्धा कर रही हैं और उन्होंने कहा, “यह परियोजना मेरे लिए जीवन बदलने वाला साबित हुई है। मैं यहां अपने सपनों को सच होते देख रही हूं।”

प्रोजेक्ट उत्कर्ष न केवल खेल में उत्कृष्टता प्रदान करने पर केंद्रित है, बल्कि छात्रों के शैक्षणिक, मानसिक और व्यक्तिगत विकास पर भी ध्यान देता है। यह पहल खूंटी में खेल संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से प्रतिभाओं को सामने लाने का एक आदर्श उदाहरण बन गई है जिसे अन्य जिलों में भी अपनाया जाना चाहिए।

उत्कर्ष CoES का सांस्कृतिक रूप से सशक्त दृष्टिकोण स्थानीय परंपराओं को अपने केंद्र में समाहित करता है, जिससे छात्र-खिलाड़ियों के साथ गहरी जुड़ाव सुनिश्चित होता है। यह पहल खूंटी में खेल संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से प्रतिभाओं को सामने लाने का आदर्श उदाहरण बन गई है, जो सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों और संरचित प्रशिक्षण पर जोर देती है, जिससे खिलाड़ी अपने खेल में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। यह मॉडल अन्य जिलों और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी अपनाया जाना चाहिए।
