रांची : झारखंड मंत्रालय में राज्य स्तरीय बैंकर्स समिति (SLBC) की 91वीं त्रैमासिक बैठक में बुधवार को कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की शामिल हुई. SLBC की बैठक में राज्य के वित्तमंत्री राधा कृष्ण किशोर विशेष रूप से मौजूद रहें. इस मौके पर मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के विकास और खास कर कृषि की उन्नति में बैंकों की अहम भूमिका है. उन्होंने चालू वित्तीय वर्ष में KCC लोन का लक्ष्य 40 प्रतिशत से बढ़ा कर 60 प्रतिशत तक करने का प्रस्ताव रखा.
मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में गठबंधन वाली सरकार किसानों को 2 लाख रुपए तक की ऋण माफी का लाभ दे रही है. ऐसे में जरूरी है कि राज्य के ज्यादा से ज्यादा ज्यादा किसानों को KCC का लाभ मिल सके. KCC लोन का लाभ सिर्फ खेती-बाड़ी तक ही सीमित नहीं है. पशुपालकों और मत्स्य पालन करने वाले किसानों को भी KCC लोन का लाभ दिया जाता है. इस बात को ग्रामीण इलाकों में बताने की जरूरत है.
राज्य में MSME को बढ़ावा देने पर फोकस होना चाहिए
मंत्री ने बैठक में कहा कि राज्य की एपेक्स सोसाइटी सहकारिता के क्षेत्र में बेहतर काम कर रहे हैं. शहद से लेकर लाह के उत्पाद को बाजार उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में एपेक्स सोसाइटी बेहतर प्रयास कर रही है. बैंकों के सहयोग से एपेक्स सोसाइटी से जुड़े FPO को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बनाया जा सकता है. उन्होंने बैठक के दौरान बैंक के सीनियर प्रतिनिधि के शामिल होने की बात कही, ताकि बैंक के कामकाज से संबंधित जानकारी पूछने पर वो बैठक के बारे में बता सकें.
मंत्री ने बिरसा किसान पोर्टल का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि इस पर हर तरह की जानकारी उपलब्ध कराते हुए इसकी उपयोगिता को प्रमाणित दिया जा सकता है. उन्होंने राज्य में MSME को बढ़ावा देने के लिए इस पर फोकस करने की बात भी कही. मंत्री ने कहा कि मुद्रा लोन की जटिलताओं को दूर करने की आवश्यकता है. अगर व्यापार और उद्यमशीलता में अपना भविष्य संवारने का सपना देख रहे युवा कागजी प्रक्रियाओं में ही उलझ कर रह गए, तो उनको सफलता नहीं मिलेगी.
