CSR व जिला उद्योग योजनाओं की उपायुक्त ने की समीक्षा, पेयजल व ग्रामीण आयवर्धन को दी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आज समाहरणालय में कॉरपोरेट सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व (CSR) एवं जिला उद्योग विभाग से जुड़ी योजनाओं की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में हिंडाल्को द्वारा खनन क्षेत्र में संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की विस्तारपूर्वक समीक्षा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने जल मीनार निर्माण, विद्यालयों की मरम्मत तथा अन्य CSR मद से किए जा रहे कार्यों का बिंदुवार आकलन करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि खनन प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में दो माह के भीतर पेयजल सुविधा का कार्य पूर्ण किया जाए। उन्होंने जल आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने हेतु त्वरित एवं प्रभावी कार्रवाई का आदेश भी दिया।

बैठक में ग्रामीणों विशेषकर किसानों की आयवृद्धि पर भी विशेष चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने मछली पालन को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए तालाब निर्माण कार्य में तेजी लाने, आवश्यक फीड और सीड का वितरण शीघ्र सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। खराब पड़े जल मीनारों की एक सप्ताह के भीतर मरम्मत का निर्देश भी उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों को दिया।

बिशुनपुर एवं घाघरा प्रखंडों में हिंडाल्को द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की नियमित जांच एवं औचक निरीक्षण सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश भी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को दिया गया।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर चर्चा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी आवासीय विद्यालयों में हेल्थ कार्ड बनाने का निर्देश दिया। क्षय रोग (टीबी) के मरीजों की स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि घाघरा में 77 तथा बिशुनपुर में 62 मरीजों का इलाज चल रहा है। उनके लिए नियमित दवा वितरण और पोषण युक्त रागी लड्डू का वितरण सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

विशुनपुर प्रखंड स्थित कुंजाम उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय की जर्जर स्थिति पर उपायुक्त ने तत्क्षण फोटो प्रस्तुत कर मरम्मत की प्रक्रिया आरंभ करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में हिंडाल्को को निर्देश दिया गया कि बागवानी योजनाओं के लिए चिह्नित लाभुकों की सूची जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी को शीघ्र प्रदान करें।

मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर विकास उद्यमी बोर्ड की समीक्षात्मक बैठक में जिला समन्वयक सूरज कुमार द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि पीएम विश्वकर्मा योजना के तहत मुखिया स्तर से प्राप्त कुल 172 आवेदनों में से 156 योग्य पाए गए, जिन्हें अग्रेषित करने पर सहमति बनी। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं मुखिया समन्वय स्थापित कर ग्रामस्तर से आवेदन प्राप्त करना सुनिश्चित करें तथा अधिक से अधिक कारीगरों को पीएम विश्वकर्मा योजना का लाभ प्रदान करें।

PMFME योजना के अंतर्गत उपायुक्त ने जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक, LDM व GM DIC को निर्देशित किया कि जिले के सभी बैंक शाखाओं से न्यूनतम दो-दो आवेदन स्वीकृत कर रोजगार सृजन किया जाए तथा राज्य स्तर पर लक्ष्य की पूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसके अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त द्वारा अन्य कई मुख्य बिंदुओं पर चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिया गया।।

बैठक में जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक,जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, खनन पदाधिकारी, जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी, जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी, एल0डी0एम, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी ( घाघरा एवं बिशनपुर) , अंचल अधिकारी (घाघरा एवं विशुनपुर), हिंडाल्को प्रतिनिधि सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
