बसिया में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का सफल आयोजन, 40 में से 5 मामलों का मौके पर हुआ समाधान

गुमला, 24 मई 2025 — गुमला जिले के बसिया प्रखंड में शनिवार को जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें प्रखंड स्तर की समस्याओं के त्वरित निवारण का प्रयास किया गया। बसिया प्रखंड कार्यालय के सभागार में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में कुल 40 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से 5 मामलों का समाधान वहीं现场 पर किया गया।

इस साप्ताहिक पहल की अध्यक्षता प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सुप्रिया भगत और अंचल अधिकारी नरेश कुमार ने संयुक्त रूप से की। दोनों अधिकारियों ने सभी आवेदकों से व्यक्तिगत रूप से बातचीत कर समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और संबंधित विभागों को समाधान के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

किन समस्याओं पर हुई सुनवाई?

प्राप्त 40 शिकायतों में विभिन्न विभागों से जुड़े मुद्दे सामने आए, जिनमें शामिल हैं:

• आवास योजना से संबंधित – 3 मामले
• राशन कार्ड में नाम सुधार – 1 मामला
• पेंशन योजना से जुड़े – 2 मामले
• पंजी-2 ऑनलाइन एंट्री से जुड़े – 22 मामले
• अवैध भूमि अतिक्रमण – 5 मामले
• दाखिल-खारिज से संबंधित – 5 मामले
• पंजी-2 नकल से जुड़ा – 1 मामला
• सड़क दुर्घटना राहत राशि – 1 मामला

इनमें से 5 शिकायतों का समाधान मौके पर ही किया गया, शेष पर प्रक्रिया जारी है।

हर शनिवार होगा शिकायत निवारण

अंचल अधिकारी नरेश कुमार ने जानकारी दी कि नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए अब प्रत्येक शनिवार को बसिया प्रखंड कार्यालय में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिससे लोगों को अपनी समस्या के समाधान के लिए जिला मुख्यालय तक जाने की जरूरत न पड़े। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि सभी आवेदनों पर तेजी से कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सुप्रिया भगत ने भी लोगों से अपील की कि प्रत्येक शनिवार को आयोजित होने वाले इस जन सुनवाई कार्यक्रम में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में भाग लें और अपनी समस्याओं को सामने रखें।

उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर हो रहा नियमित आयोजन

गुमला के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशानुसार, जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में अब नियमित रूप से जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य है कि गांव-गांव के नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समाधान स्थानीय स्तर पर ही हो सके, ताकि मुख्यालय तक बार-बार आने की आवश्यकता न पड़े।
