गिरिडीह डीसी ने राजस्व संबंधी समीक्षा बैठक की, लक्ष्य के अनुरूप राजस्व संग्रहण में तीव्रता लाने का निर्देश

गिरिडीह : समाहरणालय सभागार में सोमवार को राजस्व संबंधी महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव की अध्यक्षता में की गई. इस अवसर पर उन्होंने सभी संबंधित विभागों को वार्षिक लक्ष्य के अनुरूप राजस्व संग्रहण में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा राजस्व संग्रहण की अबतक की प्रगति की समीक्षा करना तथा आगामी रणनीतियों को स्पष्ट दिशा देना था, जिससे सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित वार्षिक राजस्व लक्ष्य की पूर्ति समयबद्ध एवं समन्वित रूप से हो सके।

विभागवार राजस्व वसूली की गहन समीक्षा 

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने आंतरिक संसाधनों के माध्यम से सरकार को प्राप्त होनेवाले राजस्व की विस्तृत जानकारी ली और विभागवार राजस्व वसूली की गहन समीक्षा की। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि निर्धारित लक्ष्य की पूर्ति के लिए सभी विभागों को समन्वित प्रयास करते हुए संग्रहण कार्य में तीव्रता लानी होगी।

उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वे शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य पूर्ति हेतु ठोस कार्ययोजना बनाएं और नियमित अनुश्रवण करें।

डीसी नगर निकायों के आंतरिक संसाधनों की स्थिति की भी समीक्षा की. इस बात पर विशेष बल दिया गया कि स्थानीय संसाधनों को मजबूत कर राजस्व संग्रहण में कैसे बढ़ोतरी की जा सकती है। उन्होंने विभागवार लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर समयबद्ध ढंग से उपलब्धि सुनिश्चित करने पर बल दिया। साथ ही, उन्होंने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन का प्रयास है कि स्वयं के संसाधनों के माध्यम से राजस्व संग्रह को अधिकतम किया जा सके, जिससे जनहित के कार्यों को और अधिक सुदृढ़ता प्रदान की जा सके।

नीलम पत्रों के लंबित मामलों के निष्पादन में तेजी लाने का आदेश 

नगर निकायों को आंतरिक संसाधनों की पहचान कर स्वावलंबन की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाने हेतु संबंधित पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया.

साथ ही प्रगति रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य रूप से जिला प्रशासन को उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया। राजस्व में प्रगति जिले की विकास की रफ्तार को तेज करने का कार्य करेगा। इस हेतु सभी अधिकारियों को सख्त एवं स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि पारदर्शिता एवं समयबद्धता का ध्यान रखते हुए कार्यों में प्रगति लाएं।
