महिलाओं के लिए आयोजित किया गया विशेष योग शिविर
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर रविवार शाम को वर्षा योग क्लासेज, नवाबगंज के तत्वावधान में स्थानीय यूनियन क्लब एवं लाइब्रेरी परिसर में अवस्थित केशब हाल में एक योग अभ्यास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। केवल महिलाओं के लिए आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम का संचालन श्रीमती वर्षा दे के द्वारा किया गया।
श्रीमती वर्षा दे बाबा रामदेव के पतंजलि योगपीठ में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त की है। वह स्थानीय विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय से योग में स्नातकोत्तर की डिग्री धारी भी है।
आज के कार्यक्रम में भारत के आयुष मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी किए गए कॉमन योग प्रोटोकॉल के तहत प्राणायाम और योगासन करवाए गए। प्राणायाम में जहां कपालभाति तथा अनुलोम विलोम करने की सही पद्धति और इसके लाभो से सबको परिचित कराया गया। मौके पर तारआसान, भुजंगासन, त्रिकोणासन, वृक्षासन, अर्धचक्रासन, भद्रासन, वक्रासन, मकरासन जैसे कई योग आसनों की जानकारी दी गई। इस दौरान सवासन के विशेष महत्व को भी बताया गया।
श्रीमती वर्षा दे ने इस मौके पर योग के आध्यात्मिक एवं स्वास्थ्य संबंधी महत्व से भी लोगों को परिचित कराया।
ज्ञात हो की वर्ष 2025 के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा “एक पृथ्वी, एक स्वास्थ्य के लिए योग” का विषय निर्धारित किया गया है।
आज के योग अभ्यास कार्यक्रम में दोला गुहा, सुपर्णा सरकार, रूपा चटर्जी, बोनिता दे, मैत्रेई घोष, मंदिरा सरकार, तनुश्री मुखर्जी, सरिता मोइत्रा, सुचंद्र सरकार, सोमा सेन, मैत्रेई चौधरी, सोनाली भट्टाचार्य, मौमिता गांगुली, तापसी दास, गार्गी मल्लिक, मंजूषा चटर्जी, प्रभा देवी, मुस्कान, लवली, किरण, कंचन, रंभा, आशा, दिव्या, पल्लवी, संजू कुमारी, डालिया बनर्जी, मीरा, पौशाली, दीपा, नूपुर, गुनगुन, अमिता, आदि लोगों ने पूर्ण उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया।
आयोजन में यूनियन क्लब एवं लाइब्रेरी के पदाधिकारी एवं सदस्यों ने बढ़ चढ़कर सहयोग किया।
