बसिया में बीज व उर्वरक दुकानों का औचक निरीक्षण, दुकानदारों को दिए गए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला 2025 — किसानों को उचित दर पर बीज और उर्वरक उपलब्ध कराने को लेकर बसिया अनुमंडल प्रशासन ने सोमवार को कोनबीर गांव स्थित पाण्डेय बीज भण्डार एवं मेसर्स कृषि केन्द्र का औचक निरीक्षण किया। यह कार्रवाई गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर एसडीओ बसिया जयवंती देवगम, एसडीपीओ बसिया और थाना प्रभारी के संयुक्त नेतृत्व में की गई।

निरीक्षण में सामने आईं अनियमितताएं

निरीक्षण के दौरान पाया गया कि दोनों प्रतिष्ठानों ने बीज की अद्यतन दर सूची और स्टॉक रजिस्टर सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रदर्शित नहीं किया था, जबकि यह कृषि आपूर्ति की बिक्री में अनिवार्य प्रावधान है। केवल पाण्डेय बीज भण्डार में उर्वरक की दर सूची प्रदर्शित थी।

पूछताछ में दुकानदारों ने स्वीकार किया कि वे बीज और उर्वरक कंपनी द्वारा बताए गए मौखिक मूल्य पर बेचते हैं, और अक्सर पैकेट पर अंकित मूल्य से कम दर पर बिक्री करते हैं।

प्रशासन ने दिए निर्देश और चेतावनी

निरीक्षण दल ने दुकानदारों को निर्देश दिया कि वे निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत ही बीज व उर्वरकों की बिक्री करें और दर सूची व स्टॉक रजिस्टर स्पष्ट रूप से दुकान में प्रदर्शित करें। साथ ही, किसानों से मुनाफाखोरी न करने की सख्त चेतावनी दी गई।

एसडीओ जयवंती देवगम ने स्पष्ट किया कि कालाबाज़ारी, जमाखोरी और अधिक मूल्य वसूली जैसे कार्यों में लिप्त पाए जाने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

किसानों के हित में निगरानी जारी रहेगी

जिला प्रशासन ने आश्वासन दिया है कि भविष्य में भी इस तरह की निगरानी नियमित रूप से की जाती रहेगी, ताकि किसानों को आवश्यक कृषि सामग्री पारदर्शिता और उचित मूल्य पर मिल सके।

यह कार्रवाई न सिर्फ किसानों के अधिकारों की रक्षा की दिशा में एक कदम है, बल्कि उन व्यापारियों के लिए चेतावनी भी है जो नियमों की अनदेखी कर मनमानी करते हैं।
