गुमला समाहरणालय की दीवारों पर बिखरी ‘सोहराई कला’ की रंगीन छटा, सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को मिली नई पहचान

गुमला | झारखंड की जनजातीय विरासत और पारंपरिक कला को संजोते हुए गुमला जिला समाहरणालय भवन को सोहराई पेंटिंग से सजाया गया है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार, इस पहल का उद्देश्य न केवल भवन की आंतरिक सुंदरता बढ़ाना है, बल्कि राज्य की लोक संस्कृति को संरक्षित और प्रचारित करना भी है।

पारंपरिक रंगों और जनजातीय प्रतीकों से सजी समाहरणालय की दीवारें अब झारखंड की सांस्कृतिक पहचान को जीवंत करती नज़र आती हैं। उपायुक्त ने इस कार्य पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा,

“सोहराई चित्रकला केवल एक कला रूप नहीं, बल्कि हमारी परंपरा, प्रकृति और जीवनशैली की अभिव्यक्ति है। इसे सरकारी भवन में स्थान देकर हमने अपनी जड़ों को सम्मान दिया है।”

क्या है सोहराई कला?
झारखंड के आदिवासी समाज में सोहराई पर्व दीपावली के बाद मनाया जाता है, जिसमें ग्रामीण महिलाएं अपने घरों की दीवारों पर मिट्टी, कोयले, लकड़ी और प्राकृतिक रंगों की सहायता से विभिन्न चित्र उकेरती हैं। इनमें मुख्यतः पशु, पक्षी, पेड़-पौधे और लोक जीवन के दृश्य शामिल होते हैं।

समाहरणालय में इस चित्रकला को स्थान देने से स्थानीय कलाकारों और आदिवासी चित्रकारों को भी प्रोत्साहन मिला है। जिला प्रशासन ने उन्हें इस कार्य के लिए मंच और सहयोग दोनों उपलब्ध कराया, जिससे उनकी रोज़गार और पहचान दोनों को बल मिला।

अब गुमला समाहरणालय की दीवारें न केवल प्रशासनिक कार्यों की साक्षी हैं, बल्कि वे संस्कृति और परंपरा की दूत बनकर हर आगंतुक का स्वागत कर रही हैं।

यह पहल एक उदाहरण बन गई है कि किस तरह सरकारी परिसरों को सांस्कृतिक रंग देकर, वे जनसंपर्क और कलात्मक चेतना दोनों का केंद्र बन सकते हैं।
