स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए उपायुक्त ने दिए निर्देश, हर माह 100 ग्रामीणों को प्रशिक्षण देने का लक्ष्य

गुमला | जिला स्तरीय आरसेटी सलाहकार समिति की बैठक बुधवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई। बैठक का उद्देश्य प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की गुणवत्ता, दायरा और प्रभावशीलता को बढ़ाना था। इस दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर ग्रामीण युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के लिए सक्षम बनाने की रणनीति पर चर्चा हुई।

पंचायत स्तर पर पहुंचे आरसेटी प्रशिक्षण का कैलेंडर

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने निदेशक आरसेटी को निर्देश दिया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के प्रशिक्षण कैलेंडर को जिले के सभी प्रखंड कार्यालयों, पंचायत भवनों और समाहरणालय परिसर में प्रदर्शित किया जाए। इसका उद्देश्य यह है कि ग्रामीणों को समय पर प्रशिक्षण से जुड़ी जानकारी मिले और वे अधिक संख्या में इन कार्यक्रमों में भाग लें।

प्रखंड अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षण के लिए जागरूकता बढ़ाने के निर्देश

प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों से अपील की कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में होने वाली बैठकों के माध्यम से लोगों को आरसेटी द्वारा संचालित कार्यक्रमों के प्रति जागरूक करें। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि हर माह कम से कम 100 ग्रामीणों को प्रशिक्षण देना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता होगी।

धरती आबा शिविरों से जोड़ने का प्रयास

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि 15 जुलाई 2025 तक चल रहे धरती आबा जनभागीदारी शिविरों में भी प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी DWO और BDO के माध्यम से पंचायत स्तर पर साझा की जाए ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग इनसे जुड़ सकें।

तकनीकी भ्रमण से बढ़ेगा व्यावहारिक ज्ञान

बैठक में यह भी तय किया गया कि प्रशिक्षण की गुणवत्ता को मजबूत करने के लिए ग्रीन हाउस, ड्रिप इरिगेशन जैसी तकनीकों का फील्ड विज़िट कराया जाएगा, जिससे प्रशिक्षु व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त कर सकें।

योजनाओं से जोड़ने की रणनीति

आरसेटी निदेशक को निर्देशित किया गया कि पशुपालन और कृषि आधारित प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त लाभार्थियों की सूची व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी और जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी को उपलब्ध कराई जाए, ताकि उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ा जा सके।

बैंक ऋण के लिए एलडीएम को दिए निर्देश

एलडीएम (Lead District Manager) को कहा गया कि आरसेटी से प्रशिक्षित इच्छुक लाभार्थियों को बैंक ऋण उपलब्ध कराने हेतु सभी बैंकों से समन्वय स्थापित करें और लंबित ऋण आवेदनों का शीघ्र निपटारा सुनिश्चित करें।

उत्कृष्ट प्रशिक्षुओं को किया गया सम्मानित

बैठक में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर स्वरोजगार प्रारंभ करने वाले युवाओं को उपायुक्त द्वारा सम्मानित भी किया गया।

• आलोक कुमार और अश्विनी कुमार को एसी फ्रिज रैपिंग कार्य में उत्कृष्टता के लिए
• अरविंद साहू को मोबाइल रैपिंग कार्य हेतु
• तथा मुकुंद सिंह को सुअर पालन में बेहतरीन कार्य के लिए सम्मान प्रदान किया गया।

इस बैठक में आरसेटी निदेशक के अलावा जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, डीपीएम (JSLPS) सहित कई पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहे।

यह बैठक यह संकेत देती है कि गुमला प्रशासन स्थानीय रोजगार के अवसरों को गंभीरता से ले रहा है और प्रशिक्षण की पहुंच को अधिक प्रभावी बनाने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठा रहा है।
