सदर अस्पताल में लापरवाही उजागर, SDO ने दिए तत्काल सुधार के निर्देश

गुमला | गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर एसडीओ सदर राजीव नीरज ने मंगलवार को सदर अस्पताल परिसर का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल की सफाई, स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं में कई गंभीर खामियां पाई गईं, जिसपर तत्काल सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

न सफाई दिखी, न कीटाणुनाशक का छिड़काव

निरीक्षण के दौरान यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि अस्पताल की नालियों और प्रमुख स्थलों पर ब्लीचिंग पाउडर या कीटाणुनाशक का छिड़काव नहीं किया गया है। जबकि अस्पताल में रोजाना दो बार सफाई अनिवार्य है, मौके पर कोई साफ-सफाई होती नहीं दिखी।

रसोईघर के बाहर का हिस्सा भी मलिन और गंदगी से भरा हुआ मिला, जिसे लंबे समय से साफ नहीं किया गया था। एसडीओ ने इस लापरवाही को गंभीरता से लेते हुए अस्पताल प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया कि परिसर के प्रत्येक कोने की सफाई सुनिश्चित की जाए और निर्धारित स्वच्छता मानकों का सख्ती से पालन किया जाए।

ड्यूटी रोस्टर नहीं, मरीजों को होती है परेशानी

निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों की ड्यूटी लिस्ट किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थान पर चस्पा नहीं मिली। इसे देखते हुए मुख्य प्रवेश द्वार और ओपीडी क्षेत्र में रोस्टर प्रदर्शित करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि मरीजों और परिजनों को डॉक्टरों की उपलब्धता की सही जानकारी मिल सके।

बंद पड़े सीसीटीवी मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम को किया गया चिन्हित

अस्पताल परिसर में स्थापित सीसीटीवी मॉनिटरिंग स्क्रीन भी कार्यशील अवस्था में नहीं मिली। एसडीओ ने इस पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताई और आदेश दिया कि निगरानी प्रणाली 24×7 चालू हालत में रहनी चाहिए, ताकि सुरक्षा और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

जवाबदेही तय करने की चेतावनी

राजीव नीरज ने स्पष्ट किया कि अस्पताल जैसी महत्वपूर्ण सार्वजनिक सेवा संस्थाओं में लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि स्वच्छता, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को हर हाल में प्राथमिकता दी जाए और निर्धारित मापदंडों के अनुरूप तत्काल सुधारात्मक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाए।

यह निरीक्षण गुमला जिला प्रशासन की उस नीति को रेखांकित करता है जो सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाने के प्रति गंभीर है। आने वाले दिनों में ऐसी और भी निगरानियां की जा सकती हैं, ताकि नागरिकों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा सकें।
