महिला उद्यमिता में गुमला मॉडल से प्रभावित हुई यूपी की टीम, जागृति सेवा संस्थान ने साझा किए अनुभव

गुमला | झारखंड के गुमला जिले में महिला सशक्तिकरण और वित्तीय समावेशन को लेकर किए जा रहे प्रयासों ने उत्तर प्रदेश से आई जागृति सेवा संस्थान की टीम को गहराई से प्रभावित किया। कुशीनगर, देवरिया और गोरखपुर जिलों से आई 12 सदस्यीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने अपने दो दिवसीय क्षेत्रीय भ्रमण के दौरान गुमला जिले में महिला उद्यमिता के विभिन्न मॉडलों का अवलोकन किया और अनुभव साझा किए।

Tech Shakti Sri कार्यक्रम के तहत हुआ दौरा

इस भ्रमण का आयोजन झारखंड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी (JSLPS) एवं MicroSave Consulting के सहयोग से Tech Shakti Sri कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत किया गया। टीम में शामिल 8 महिला उद्यमी अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में बैंकिंग कॉरेस्पॉन्डेंट (BC) और कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर (CSC) सेवा प्रदाता के रूप में कार्यरत हैं।

पालकोट की बीसी निशा देवी बनीं प्रेरणा का स्रोत

टीम ने पालकोट प्रखंड की बैंकिंग कॉरेस्पॉन्डेंट निशा देवी से मुलाकात की, जो वर्तमान में ₹35,000 प्रति माह की आय अर्जित कर रही हैं। उन्होंने डिजिटल वित्तीय सेवाओं को ग्रामीणों तक पहुंचाने में उल्लेखनीय कार्य किया है। उनके काम से प्रेरित होकर यूपी की महिला उद्यमियों ने अपने क्षेत्रों में भी ऐसे नवाचार अपनाने की इच्छा जताई।

आरसेटी कार्यशाला में उत्कृष्ट बीसी को मिला सम्मान

भ्रमण के दौरान प्रतिनिधियों ने RSETI गुमला में आयोजित विशेष कार्यशाला में भी भाग लिया, जहाँ जिले की चार महिला बीसी – गोसिया सबनम, प्रियंका देवी, सावित्री कुमारी और कविता देवी को उनके उत्कृष्ट कार्यों के लिए LDM गुमला, DPM JSLPS और RSETI निदेशक द्वारा प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

रागी मिशन और दीदी कैफे का अवलोकन

टीम ने गुमला रागी मिशन का भी दौरा किया और BOD दीदियों से संवाद कर उनके सामूहिक प्रयासों की सराहना की। वहीं गुमला हाट में स्थानीय महिला उद्यमियों द्वारा निर्मित उत्पादों को देखकर टीम ने पूर्वांचल में भी इसी तरह की बाजार आधारित पहल शुरू करने की इच्छा जताई।

दीदी कैफे में गूंजी महिला स्वावलंबन की गूंज

भ्रमण के अंतिम दिन टीम ने कलेक्टरेट परिसर स्थित दीदी कैफे में स्थानीय झारखंडी व्यंजनों का स्वाद लिया और महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में जिले द्वारा किए गए कार्यों की मुक्तकंठ से प्रशंसा की।

प्रमुख अधिकारी रहे मौजूद

इस अवसर पर शैलेन्द्र जारिका (DPM, JSLPS), पवन कुमार (LDM, गुमला), निपुण कुमार (निदेशक, RSETI), संदीप कुमार (DM-FI), रमेश कुमार (MicroSave Consulting, स्टेट कोऑर्डिनेटर), एकांश सोमानी (PPIA) एवं नीति आयोग के वित्तीय समावेशन से जुड़े प्रतिनिधि भी उपस्थित रहे और कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में सहयोग किया।

यह दौरा न सिर्फ राज्य स्तरीय सफल मॉडलों के आपसी आदान-प्रदान का उदाहरण बना, बल्कि महिला स्वावलंबन और वित्तीय समावेशन के क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर गुमला मॉडल को स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम भी साबित हुआ।
