जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में सुनी गईं जनता की फरियादें, उपायुक्त ने दिए त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला जिला समाहरणालय में शुक्रवार को आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों की समस्याएं सीधे तौर पर सुनीं। लगभग 40 से अधिक फरियादियों ने अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं, जिनमें नियुक्ति, गुमशुदगी, भूमि विवाद, शिक्षा सहायता और आंगनबाड़ी चयन की शिकायतें प्रमुख रहीं। उपायुक्त ने प्रत्येक मामले पर गंभीरता दिखाते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

वर्षों बाद भी नहीं मिली अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, अब छोटे बेटे ने लगाई गुहार
बिशुनपुर प्रखंड निवासी स्व. मदन असुर, जो अनुसेवक के पद पर कार्यरत थे, का निधन वर्ष 2010 में सेवाकाल के दौरान हुआ था। उनके बेटे सूरजदेव असुर ने अनुकंपा नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन दिया, लेकिन बिना लाभ मिले उनका भी 2019 में निधन हो गया। अब स्व. मदन असुर के छोटे पुत्र ने उपायुक्त के समक्ष पुनः नियुक्ति की मांग की है।

जम्मू-कश्मीर जाते समय लापता हुआ बेटा, पिता की गुहार
बारडीह पंचायत के राजेन्द्र कोरबा ने उपायुक्त से अपील की कि उनका बेटा सिकंदर कोरबा, जो जम्मू-कश्मीर नौकरी के सिलसिले में गया था, 2 जुलाई 2025 से लुधियाना स्टेशन से लापता है। तमाम प्रयासों के बावजूद कोई सुराग नहीं मिला। उपायुक्त ने श्रम अधीक्षक को तत्काल मामले में आवश्यक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया।

खतियानी ज़मीन पर कब्जे का प्रयास, वृद्ध ने लगाई जान-माल की गुहार
चैनपुर प्रखंड के महेश बड़ाइक ने बताया कि कुछ भू-माफिया उनकी खतियानी ज़मीन पर धोखाधड़ी से कब्जा करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने गुमला सिविल कोर्ट में केस भी दर्ज किया है। उपायुक्त से उन्होंने जमीन सुरक्षित करने और जान-माल की सुरक्षा का आग्रह किया।

प्रतिभाशाली छात्र को आर्थिक तंगी से जूझना पड़ा महंगा
दसवीं में 95.40% अंक लाने वाले संत पैट्रिक इंटर कॉलेज के छात्र सूरज कुमार ने आर्थिक तंगी की वजह से अपनी पढ़ाई में आ रही बाधाओं को लेकर उपायुक्त से मदद की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने शिक्षा अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि छात्र की सहायता सुनिश्चित की जाए ताकि उसकी पढ़ाई प्रभावित न हो।

आंगनबाड़ी सेविका चयन में अनियमितता की शिकायत
चैनपुर प्रखंड के डड़गांव की एक आवेदिका ने आरोप लगाया कि आंगनबाड़ी सेविका के चयन में योग्यता की अनदेखी कर मनमानी की गई है। उसने मामले की जांच की मांग करते हुए कहा कि चयन प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी बनाया जाए ताकि योग्य उम्मीदवार को मौका मिल सके।

दर्ज हुईं प्रमुख समस्याएं:
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में दर्ज शिकायतें निम्नलिखित थीं:

• सड़क निर्माण में देरी
• भूमि विवाद और सीमांकन
• मुआवज़ा भुगतान
• बैंक संबंधित समस्याएं
• सरकारी योजना के लाभ में बाधा
• भूमि अधिग्रहण और ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन की दिक्कतें
• शिक्षा और रोजगार से जुड़ी दिक्कतें

उपायुक्त का वक्तव्य:
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्याओं को सुनने और समाधान देने का प्रभावी मंच है। हर एक शिकायत को संवेदनशीलता से लिया जाएगा और संबंधित विभागों को तत्काल कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करनी होगी।” उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि प्रशासन जनहित के मामलों को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देगा।

गुमला में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस प्रशासन और आम जनता के बीच संवाद और समाधान की एक सशक्त कड़ी के रूप में उभरा। व्यक्तिगत से लेकर सामूहिक हित से जुड़े मुद्दों पर की गई सुनवाई और त्वरित निर्देशों से लोगों को राहत की उम्मीद जगी है।
