गुमला प्रखंड में आगामी विशेष गहन मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम 2024 के सफल क्रियान्वयन को लेकर गुरुवार, 11 जुलाई को एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण सत्र का आयोजन किया गया। इस सत्र में 68-गुमला (अनुसूचित जाति) विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सभी बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों (बीएलओ) को अद्यतन प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी दी गई। कार्यक्रम का संचालन निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी एवं अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला के संयुक्त नेतृत्व में किया गया।
बीएलओ, सुपरवाइजर और ऑपरेटरों को मिली तकनीकी जानकारी
प्रशिक्षण के दौरान उपस्थित बीएलओ, सुपरवाइजर और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटरों को मतदाता सूची में नाम जोड़ने, हटाने और सुधार करने की प्रक्रियाओं के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया। उन्हें डिजिटल माध्यमों से आवेदन की प्रक्रिया, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन और रिकॉर्ड अपडेट के तकनीकी पहलुओं की भी जानकारी दी गई।
समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया पर विशेष ज़ोर
अधिकारियों ने प्रशिक्षण में स्पष्ट किया कि पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम की सभी गतिविधियाँ समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी और निष्पक्ष तरीके से संचालित की जाएँगी। बीएलओ को निर्देशित किया गया कि वे हर बूथ पर योग्य मतदाताओं की पहचान सुनिश्चित करें और उनके नाम सही रूप से सूचीबद्ध करें।
निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप कार्यवाही
इस अभियान का उद्देश्य चुनाव आयोग द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप मतदाता सूची को अद्यतन और त्रुटिरहित बनाना है। विशेष रूप से यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि कोई भी पात्र नागरिक मतदान से वंचित न रह जाए और सभी नए, योग्य मतदाताओं का नाम सूची में शामिल हो।
अधिकारियों का संदेश:
प्रशिक्षण में मौजूद उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी और प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी ने बीएलओ को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए कहा कि “मतदाता सूची लोकतंत्र की बुनियाद है। इसे सशक्त और सही बनाए रखने की जिम्मेदारी हम सभी की है।”
बीएलओ के प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से गुमला प्रशासन ने यह संकेत दिया है कि आगामी मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम को लेकर पूरी तैयारी के साथ मैदान में उतरा जाएगा। यह पहल लोकतंत्र को सशक्त बनाने और सभी नागरिकों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक सशक्त कदम है।
