उपायुक्त के नाम पर बनाई गई फर्जी वाट्सएप आईडी, गुमला प्रशासन ने नागरिकों को किया सतर्क

गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने शुक्रवार को आमजन को आगाह किया कि उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के नाम और तस्वीर का इस्तेमाल करते हुए एक फर्जी वाट्सएप आईडी बनाई गई है। इस आईडी से भ्रमित करने वाले संदेश प्रसारित किए जा रहे हैं, जिससे नागरिकों को गुमराह किया जा रहा है। प्रशासन ने लोगों से ऐसे किसी भी मैसेज पर विश्वास न करने और सतर्क रहने की अपील की है।

फर्जी आईडी से भेजे जा रहे भ्रामक संदेश
प्रशासन ने बताया कि उक्त फर्जी वाट्सएप प्रोफाइल में उपायुक्त का नाम और फोटो प्रयोग कर नागरिकों को झूठी जानकारी दी जा रही है। इस माध्यम से किसी प्रकार की प्रतिक्रिया या जानकारी प्राप्त करने की कोशिश की जा रही है, जो न केवल भ्रामक है, बल्कि आपराधिक कृत्य भी है।

साइबर सेल को सौंपी गई जाँच की जिम्मेदारी
जिला प्रशासन ने इस पूरे मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए साइबर सेल को जाँच एवं विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया है। संबंधित अधिकारियों को भी चौकसी बरतने और आमजन तक सही जानकारी पहुँचाने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

जनता से अपील: न दें प्रतिक्रिया, न करें जानकारी साझा
प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि किसी भी व्यक्ति को ऐसी संदिग्ध आईडी से कोई संदेश प्राप्त हो, तो वह न तो उस पर प्रतिक्रिया दें और न ही कोई व्यक्तिगत या गोपनीय जानकारी साझा करें। संदेहास्पद गतिविधियों की सूचना तुरंत नजदीकी पुलिस स्टेशन, जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष या संबंधित अधिकारी को दी जाए।

जनसुरक्षा में सहभागिता की माँग
प्रशासन ने कहा है कि फर्जी आईडी और सोशल मीडिया पर हो रही धोखाधड़ी से निपटने के लिए आमजन की सजगता अत्यंत आवश्यक है। यदि सभी नागरिक सतर्क रहेंगे और समय पर जानकारी साझा करेंगे, तो ऐसे अपराधों को रोका जा सकता है।

उपायुक्त के नाम पर सोशल मीडिया पर चल रही फर्जी गतिविधियों को लेकर जिला प्रशासन की सक्रियता सराहनीय है। इस प्रकार के मामलों में प्रशासन और जनता के बीच बेहतर समन्वय ही साइबर अपराधों की रोकथाम का प्रभावी उपाय बन सकता है। नागरिकों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे सजग रहें और किसी भी प्रकार की संदेहजनक सूचना मिलने पर तत्परता से सूचित करें।
