भारतीय गुरु-शिष्य परंपरा पर विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में संगोष्ठी, शिक्षा और संस्कृति के मूल्यों पर हुआ विचार-विमर्श

हजारीबाग स्थित विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के हिंदी विभाग द्वारा शुक्रवार को रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर कला भवन के तुलसीदास सभागार में “भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा में गुरु की महत्ता” विषय पर एक दिवसीय संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया। इस शैक्षणिक विमर्श में विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति, वरिष्ठ शिक्षाविद्, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री, शोधार्थी और विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया और गुरु-शिष्य परंपरा के शाश्वत मूल्यों पर गहन चर्चा की।

कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने दिया आत्मखोज का संदेश
कार्यक्रम के मुख्य संरक्षक और कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में केवल डिग्री नहीं, कौशल का समावेश होना चाहिए। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से आग्रह किया कि वे स्वयं अपने “गुरु” को खोजें और परंपरा व नवाचार के बीच संतुलन बनाना सीखें।

डॉ. संजय पासवान: “भारत ज्ञान और साधना का देश है”
मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में पूर्व केंद्रीय शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री डॉ. संजय पासवान ने भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा, “यह देश खोज का देश है, केवल रोजगार का नहीं। भारत ने गुरु-शिष्य संबंधों की अद्भुत संस्कृति पूरे विश्व को दी है।” उन्होंने जड़ों से जुड़े रहकर जीवन निर्माण की आवश्यकता पर ज़ोर दिया।

अध्यक्षीय वक्तव्य में डॉ. कृष्ण कुमार गुप्ता ने दिए ऐतिहासिक उदाहरण
हिंदी विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. के.के. गुप्ता ने अध्यक्षीय भाषण में चाणक्य-चंद्रगुप्त, रामकृष्ण परमहंस-स्वामी विवेकानंद जैसे ऐतिहासिक संबंधों का उल्लेख करते हुए गुरु की भूमिका को राष्ट्र निर्माण का मूल बताया।

महिला सहभागिता पर डॉ. परमांशी जयदेव की सराहना
पटना विश्वविद्यालय की शिक्षिका डॉ. परमांशी जयदेव ने छात्राओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी को सराहते हुए कहा कि महिलाएं आज शिक्षा के साथ-साथ सामाजिक और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी नेतृत्व कर रही हैं।

शिक्षा का उद्देश्य मानव निर्माण होना चाहिए: डॉ. के.पी. शर्मा
राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के पूर्व अध्यक्ष डॉ. के.पी. शर्मा ने कहा कि भारतीय शिक्षण प्रणाली का मूल उद्देश्य वैज्ञानिक नहीं बल्कि नैतिक एवं मानवीय व्यक्तित्व निर्माण रहा है।

परंपराओं के समन्वय की आवश्यकता: डॉ. केदार सिंह
विषय प्रवेश कराते हुए डॉ. केदार सिंह ने कहा कि राज, गुरु और शिष्य परंपरा का सामंजस्य ही भारत को वैश्विक नेतृत्व की दिशा में ले जा सकता है।

आयोजन की अन्य झलकियाँ:

• डॉ. सुबोध कुमार सिंह ‘शिवगीत’ ने अतिथियों का स्वागत किया
• डॉ. राजू राम ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रस्तुत किया
• मंच संचालन डॉ. सुनील कुमार दुबे ने किया
• संध्या और प्रिया ने स्वागत गीत और कविता पाठ कर कार्यक्रम को सांस्कृतिक रंग दिया

व्यापक सहभागिता:
संगोष्ठी में विभिन्न विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष, शिक्षक, शोधार्थी और बड़ी संख्या में छात्र-छात्राएँ उपस्थित रहे। राष्ट्रगान के साथ कार्यक्रम का औपचारिक समापन हुआ।

यह संगोष्ठी केवल एक शैक्षणिक आयोजन नहीं, बल्कि भारतीय संस्कृति की जड़ों से जुड़ने और परंपरा व आधुनिकता के बीच पुल बनाने का सशक्त प्रयास था। गुरु-शिष्य परंपरा पर आधारित इस विमर्श ने शिक्षा को जीवन मूल्य से जोड़ने का संदेश दिया।
