गुमला जिले में आयुष विभाग की पहल पर 10 और 11 जुलाई 2025 को नगर भवन में दो दिवसीय जिलास्तरीय योग प्रशिक्षण शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य जिले के सभी आयुष केंद्रों में कार्यरत योग प्रशिक्षकों को योग प्रोटोकॉल के तहत बेहतर प्रशिक्षण देना और योग के माध्यम से जनजागरूकता को बढ़ावा देना था।
योग विशेषज्ञों ने कराया प्रोटोकॉल आधारित अभ्यास
प्रशिक्षण सत्र में योग मास्टर ट्रेनर तुलसी साहू और काजल कुमारी ने प्रतिभागियों को योगासन, प्राणायाम और ध्यान से संबंधित गहन अभ्यास कराए। सभी प्रशिक्षकों को प्रोटोकॉल के अनुरूप योगाभ्यास सिखाया गया ताकि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में सटीक और प्रभावशाली ढंग से योग सत्र का संचालन कर सकें।
योग को जीवनशैली का हिस्सा बनाने की अपील
जिला आयुष चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ. निर्मला सिन्हा ने उद्घाटन सत्र में कहा, “इस कार्यक्रम का मकसद केवल प्रशिक्षकों को सिखाना नहीं, बल्कि उन्हें योग के संदेशवाहक के रूप में तैयार करना है। योग हमारे शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है।”
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि योग केवल आसनों तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह अनुशासन, संतुलन और आत्म-नियंत्रण का मार्ग है, जो हमें एक बेहतर जीवनशैली की ओर ले जाता है।
प्रमाण पत्र वितरण एवं सम्मान समारोह
प्रशिक्षण के अंत में सभी प्रतिभागी योग प्रशिक्षकों को जिला आयुष चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी द्वारा प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया। यह प्रमाण पत्र न केवल उनकी भागीदारी का प्रतीक है, बल्कि भविष्य में योग प्रचार-प्रसार में उनके योगदान का भी मान्यता है।
उपस्थिति और सहयोग:
इस कार्यक्रम में आयुष नोडल पदाधिकारी डॉ. बिनय कुमार महली, आयुष सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मंजरी कुमारी, रोशन एक्का सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी और स्वास्थ्यकर्मी मौजूद रहे। सभी ने आयोजन को सफल बनाने में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई।
गुमला में आयोजित यह योग प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम न केवल एक प्रशिक्षण गतिविधि था, बल्कि यह जन-जागरूकता, स्वास्थ्य संवर्धन और सामुदायिक भागीदारी का एक सशक्त मंच भी बना। ऐसे आयोजनों से यह संदेश स्पष्ट होता है कि योग को जीवन में अपनाना केवल विकल्प नहीं, बल्कि आज की आवश्यकता है।
