गुमला में श्रम निबंधन अभियान तेज़, पंजीकृत श्रमिकों को मिलेंगी सरकारी योजनाओं की सौगात

गुमला जिले में 11 जुलाई से 25 जुलाई 2025 तक विशेष श्रम निबंधन एवं जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर शुरू किए गए इस अभियान का उद्देश्य निर्माण एवं सन्निर्माण क्षेत्र में कार्यरत असंगठित श्रमिकों को पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया से जोड़ना और उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से अवगत कराना है। अभियान के पहले चरण में कुल 58 श्रमिकों का निबंधन किया गया।

🛠️ श्रमिकों तक पहुँच रही है श्रम विभाग की टीम
श्रम विभाग की टीमें रोजाना प्रखंडों, पंचायतों और कार्यस्थलों का दौरा कर रही हैं। विभागीय अधिकारी स्वयं श्रमिकों से संवाद कर रहे हैं और उन्हें श्रमिक कार्ड के लाभों के बारे में जानकारी दे रहे हैं। यह प्रयास जिले के प्रत्येक श्रमिक को सरकारी सुरक्षा जाल से जोड़ने के लिए किया जा रहा है।

निबंधन से मिलेंगे ये लाभ
जिला श्रम पदाधिकारी के अनुसार, पंजीकृत श्रमिकों को झारखंड भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड के तहत संचालित लगभग 13 कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिल सकता है। इनमें प्रमुख योजनाएँ शामिल हैं:

• स्वास्थ्य उपचार के लिए आर्थिक सहायता
• बच्चों की शिक्षा हेतु छात्रवृत्ति
• दुर्घटना या मृत्यु पर मुआवजा
• महिला श्रमिकों को मातृत्व लाभ
• उपकरण खरीद में वित्तीय सहयोग
• निजी मकान निर्माण हेतु सहायता
• वृद्धावस्था पेंशन

पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़
निबंधन कराने के इच्छुक श्रमिकों को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ साथ लाने होंगे:

• आधार कार्ड
• बैंक खाता विवरण
• पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो
• नामांकित व्यक्ति (नॉमिनी) का आधार, फोटो और बैंक विवरण

पंजीकरण की सुविधा जिले के कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर (CSC), पंचायत भवन, प्रखंड कार्यालय, जिला श्रम कार्यालय तथा अभियान के तहत लगने वाले विशेष शिविरों में उपलब्ध है।

सभी पात्र श्रमिकों से अपील
जिला श्रम पदाधिकारी ने सभी पात्र श्रमिकों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे इस अभियान का लाभ उठाएँ और समय रहते पंजीकरण कराएँ। उन्होंने कहा, “यह अभियान केवल एक औपचारिक प्रक्रिया नहीं, बल्कि श्रमिकों को आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करने की दिशा में एक सशक्त कदम है।”

गुमला में चल रहा विशेष श्रम निबंधन एवं जागरूकता अभियान न केवल श्रमिकों को सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ने की कोशिश है, बल्कि उनके जीवन स्तर को बेहतर बनाने और भविष्य की अनिश्चितताओं से उन्हें सुरक्षा देने की एक ठोस पहल भी है। यदि श्रमिक समय पर पंजीकरण कराते हैं, तो वे स्वयं और अपने परिवार के लिए दीर्घकालिक लाभ सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं।
