प्रवासी श्रमिकों को मिला कृषि विभाग का साथ, बीज और उपकरण दिए निशुल्क

गुमला: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर गुमला लौटे 32 प्रवासी मजदूरों (जो हाल ही में रांची के एक भट्ठे में काम करते थे और उचित मजदूरी न मिलने की शिकायत लेकर आए थे) को अब कृषि के क्षेत्र में स्थायी आजीविका देने की पहल की गई। श्रमिकों ने अपनी समस्याएँ बताईं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप तत्काल कार्रवाई की गई।

उपायुक्त ने जिला श्रम अधीक्षक पुनीत मिंज को इन श्रमिकों का सरकारी निबंधन कराने का आदेश दिया, जिससे उनका सामाजिक और आर्थिक सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके। जांच में पता चला कि ये सभी किसान परिवारों से ताल्लुक रखते हैं और उनके पास पर्याप्त कृषि योग्य भूमि भी उपलब्ध है।

इसके बाद, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी विजय कुजूर की देखरेख में इन श्रमिकों को मक्का, उड़द और अरहर के निशुल्क बीज दिए गए। साथ ही, कृषि उपकरण पूर्ण सब्सिडी पर उपलब्ध कराने की प्रक्रिया भी शुरू की गई।

विजय कुजूर ने भरोसा दिलाया कि “गुमला में पलायन रोकने के लिए कृषि विभाग हर संभव प्रयास कर रहा है।” उन्होंने स्थानीय किसानों से सीधी मदद लेने की अपील की और स्पष्ट किया कि इसमें किसी बिचौलिए की जरूरत नहीं है।

यह पहल गुमला प्रशासन की उस नीति का हिस्सा है, जिसमें खेती को आत्मनिर्भरता का आधार मानते हुए प्रवासी मजदूरों को स्थाई उद्यमी बनाने पर जोर दिया जा रहा है।
