रंगदारी मांगने के बाद फरार पीएलएफआई सदस्य अनिल बाड़ा गुमला पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ा, पुनः भेजा गया जेल

गुमला जिले में व्यापारी से ₹5 लाख की रंगदारी मांगने के मामले में लंबे समय से फरार चल रहे पीएलएफआई के सक्रिय सदस्य अनिल बाड़ा को पुलिस ने एक विशेष छापेमारी अभियान के तहत पुनः गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। आवश्यक पूछताछ और कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के बाद उसे न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया।

मामला क्या है?
अनिल बाड़ा, उम्र 35 वर्ष, ग्राम फरसा बेड़ा (थाना- सिमडेगा), पिता- कल्याण बाड़ा, वर्ष 2023 में अपने चार साथियों के साथ मिलकर गुमला के एक व्यापारी से ₹5 लाख की रंगदारी की मांग करने के मामले में गुमला सदर थाना की त्वरित कार्रवाई में गिरफ्तार हुआ था। गिरफ़्तारी के बाद वह न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा गया था, लेकिन जमानत पर छूटने के बाद उसने अदालत में पेश होना बंद कर दिया और फरार हो गया।

कैसे हुई गिरफ्तारी?
गुमला पुलिस कप्तान हरीश बिन जमां को जब अनिल की लोकेशन से संबंधित गुप्त सूचना प्राप्त हुई, तो उन्होंने तत्काल एक विशेष छापेमारी दल का गठन किया।

आगे की कार्रवाई:
गिरफ्तारी के पश्चात पुलिस ने आवश्यक पूछताछ और दस्तावेजी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर अनिल बाड़ा को पुनः न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया, जहां से उसे फिर से न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजकर गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया है।
