गुमला में तेज रफ्तार बाइक चला रहे स्कूली छात्रों पर पुलिस की कार्रवाई, दी गई चेतावनी और सड़क सुरक्षा पर जागरूकता

गुमला जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर पुलिस ने एक सक्रिय कदम उठाते हुए शनिवार को सिसई रोड पर तेज रफ्तार से बाइक चला रहे स्कूली छात्रों को रोका और उन्हें यातायात नियमों का महत्व समझाते हुए सख्त चेतावनी दी। यह कार्रवाई उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन जमां के निर्देशानुसार की गई थी।

कहां और कैसे हुई कार्रवाई?
गुमला सदर थाना प्रभारी महेंद्र कुमार करमाली को सूचना मिली थी कि सिसई रोड पर स्थित संत पैट्रिक स्कूल, संत इग्नासियुस स्कूल और प्लस टू विद्यालय के कुछ छात्र स्कूल छुट्टी के बाद तेज गति से बाइक चला रहे हैं। इससे सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की आशंका लगातार बनी हुई थी।

सूचना मिलते ही थाना प्रभारी ने टीम के साथ सिसई रोड स्थित छठ तालाब के पास मोटरसाइकिल चेकिंग अभियान चलाया और 6 स्कूली छात्रों को तेज रफ्तार में बाइक चलाते हुए पकड़ा।

सड़क सुरक्षा पर काउंसलिंग और चेतावनी:
पकड़े गए छात्रों को हेलमेट न पहनने और तेज रफ्तार बाइक चलाने पर न सिर्फ चेतावनी दी गई बल्कि उन्हें सड़क सुरक्षा के नियमों के पालन के लिए प्रेरित भी किया गया।

थाना प्रभारी ने सभी छात्रों को बताया:

“जीवन सिर्फ आपका नहीं, आपके परिवार और समाज के लिए भी अनमोल है। एक पल की लापरवाही पूरे जीवन को बदल सकती है।”

उन्हें यह भी स्पष्ट रूप से बताया गया कि भविष्य में दोबारा ऐसा करते पकड़े जाने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अभिभावकों और शिक्षकों से अपील:
पुलिस ने सभी छात्रों के माता-पिता, अभिभावकों और शिक्षकों से भी अनुरोध किया कि वे बच्चों को यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक करें और उन्हें “अपने जीवन से प्रेम करना सिखाएं।” यह प्रेरणा दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने की दिशा में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कदम हो सकता है।

आम नागरिकों को भी किया जागरूक:
वाहन जांच अभियान के दौरान उपस्थित आम नागरिकों को भी सड़क पर चलते समय हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट के उपयोग की अहमियत बताई गई। उन्हें बताया गया कि नियमों का पालन सिर्फ आपकी सुरक्षा नहीं, बल्कि दूसरों की जान बचाने में भी मदद करता है।

गुमला पुलिस की यह पहल एक सशक्त संदेश देती है कि सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर कोई समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा। तेज रफ्तार और लापरवाही से होने वाले हादसों को रोकने के लिए ज़रूरी है कि युवाओं को समय रहते जागरूक किया जाए और परिवार भी इस दिशा में जिम्मेदारी निभाए।
