कृषि में गुमला ने रचा इतिहास, झारखंड में राज्य रैंकिंग में पहले स्थान पर; PVTG समुदाय को मिल रहा विशेष लाभ

झारखंड के गुमला जिले ने वर्ष 2025-26 खरीफ सीजन के दौरान कृषि क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति दर्ज करते हुए राज्य में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के नेतृत्व में यह उपलब्धि जिला प्रशासन और कृषि विभाग के सामूहिक प्रयासों का परिणाम है। इस सफलता में PVTG समुदाय को प्राथमिकता देकर योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाना एक प्रमुख रणनीति रही।

प्रमुख उपलब्धियाँ:
गुमला जिले में कृषि विभाग ने अब तक:

• 97.55% धान बीज वितरण (6806 लाभुकों तक) सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया है
• 65.69% मिट्टी नमूना संग्रहण (10710 सैंपल) सॉइल हेल्थ कार्ड योजना के तहत सम्पन्न किया

इन आंकड़ों के आधार पर गुमला पूरे झारखंड में कृषि प्रदर्शन के मामले में अग्रणी जिला बन गया है।

योजनाओं का प्रभाव और लाभार्थियों की प्राथमिकता:

• निःशुल्क बीज वितरण के साथ-साथ किसानों को कृषि यंत्र भी उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं
• PVTG समुदाय के किसानों को योजनाओं में प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है ताकि वे आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें
• प्रशासन की निगरानी में योजनाओं की पारदर्शी क्रियान्वयन प्रक्रिया को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है

अधिकारी क्या बोले:
जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी विजय कुजूर ने कहा:

“उपायुक्त महोदया के मार्गदर्शन में हमारा लक्ष्य है कि हर जरूरतमंद किसान को योजनाओं का पूरा लाभ मिले। किसानों को सलाह दी जाती है कि किसी भी योजना के लिए बिचौलियों से बचें और यदि कोई समस्या हो तो सीधे कार्यालय से संपर्क करें।”

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि जिला स्तर की इस उपलब्धि के पीछे पंचायत और ब्लॉक स्तर पर कर्मियों की निष्ठा और परिश्रम है।

प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिले की इस सफलता को टीम वर्क, प्रशासनिक एकता और सतत निगरानी का परिणाम बताया।

“हम PVTG समुदाय के समग्र विकास के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं और उन्हें कृषि आधारित योजनाओं से जोड़कर मुख्यधारा में लाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं,” उन्होंने कहा।
