गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन समाहरणालय में किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए करीब 50 नागरिकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत और सामाजिक समस्याएं सामने रखीं, जिनके निस्तारण के लिए उपायुक्त ने तुरंत कदम उठाए।
घाघरा निवासी चक्रधारी सिंह, जो 2007–2017 तक बिजली विभाग में लाइनमैन रहे, बिजली का झटका लगने से अपाहिज हो चुके हैं। उन्होंने उपायुक्त से बैटरी संचालित तीन-पहीया साइकिल की मांग की ताकि वे अपने इलाके में काम कर जीवन-यापन कर सकें।
मजदूरी बकाया का दर्द
रामवृक्ष उरांव ने बताया कि रिंकू यादव नामक व्यक्ति ने देवाकी गांव के कई लोगों को बिलकुल मजदूरी नहीं दिए बगैर उत्तर प्रदेश के ईंट भट्टों में काम पर भेजा। उन्होंने सिहायत मांगी कि बकाया राशि दिलाई जाए।
योजनाओं में भुगतान देरी का असर
मुख्यमंत्री उज्ज्वला झारखंड योजना में काम करने वाले लानारसि इंफ्रा प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने ठेकेदारों और मजदूरों का भुगतान रोक रखा है, जिससे उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति चिंताजनक हो गई है।
अन्य उठाई गई समस्याएं
राशन, पेंशन, आधार, भूमि विवाद, सरकारी योजनाओं की देरी और अनुकंपा नियुक्ति जैसे261 क्षेत्रों पर भी आवेदन लाए गए। उपायुक्त ने मौके पर कुछ मामलों का निपटारा कराया और अन्य मामलों के लिए अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।
उपायुक्त की प्रतिक्रिया
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए स्पष्ट कहा, “जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्या सुनने और समाधान देने का सशक्त जरिया है। प्रशासन इन शिकायतों के प्रभावी और त्वरित निपटान को सुनिश्चित करेगा।”
