जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: उपायुक्त की पहल से अनुमंडलों में लगातार त्वरित निवारण

गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आज समूचे जिले के अनुमंडल—बसिया, चैनपुर व गुमला में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया गया। इस अवसर पर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारियों ने सीधे आम जनता से मिलकर उनके मुद्दों को सुना और तुरंत समाधान के निर्देश जारी किए।

शिकायतों में विविधता और त्वरित फैसले

इस अवसर पर बड़ी संख्या में नागरिकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत और सामूहिक समस्याएं—जैसे जमीन विवाद, पानी आपूर्ति, रोजगार और सरकारी योजनाओं से जुड़ी अड़चनों—अधिकारियों के सामने रखीं। अतिथि अधिकारियों ने सभी शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लिया और संबंधित विभागों को त्वरित कार्रवाई का निर्देश प्रदान किया।

नियमितता में सुधार और स्थानीय संवाद

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने बताए कि इस पहल का उद्देश्य जनता और शासन के बीच प्रत्यक्ष संवाद स्थापित करना है। उन्होंने कहा, “ऐसे आयोजन से जनता को जिला मुख्यालय आने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। मैं स्वयं हर सोमवार और शुक्रवार को लोगों से मिलकर समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु त्वरित कार्रवाई का संकेत दे चुकी हूँ।”

संवेदनशील दृष्टिकोण का आह्वान

उन्होंने अनुमंडल पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस को संवेदनात्मक तरीके से आयोजित किया जाए और नागरिकों को उचित न्याय दिलाया जाए। इससे शासन में पारदर्शिता बनेगी और आमजन की समस्याओं का स्थायी समाधान सुनिश्चित होगा।
