गुमला : खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की एक विशेष जांच टीम ने जिले के चैनपुर बस स्टैंड, एम्बुलेंस रोड और कुरुमगढ़ रोड स्थित प्रतिष्ठानों में अचानक छापेमारी की। इस अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी लव कुमार गुप्ता ने किया। निरीक्षण में साफ-सफाई, खाद्य गुणवत्ता, लेबलिंग और लाइसेंस जांच पर खास ध्यान दिया गया।
मुख्य तथ्य:
- जांच दौरान इन प्रतिष्ठानों से खाद्य सैंपल लिए गए:
- महावीर होटल – रसगुल्ला
- अजीत जनरल स्टोर – मधुसूदन घी
- विनीत किराना – आधुनिक हल्दी पाउडर
- विशाल किराना – सुपर फ्रेश हल्दी पाउडर
- धाना होटल – लड्डू
- सभी सैंपल जांच के लिए प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए।
- दुकानदारों को निर्देशित किया गया कि:
- एक्सपायरी सामग्री न बेची जाए
- स्पष्ट लेबलिंग आवश्यक है
- नियमित पेस्ट कंट्रोल कराया जाए
- स्टाफ एप्रोन, ग्लव्स व हेडगियर पहनें
- कर्मचारी समय-समय पर मेडिकल जांच कराएं
कानूनी कार्रवाई:
एफएसएसएआई अधिनियम 2006 के तहत निम्न प्रतिष्ठानों पर जुर्माना लगाया गया:
- अनिल बड़ा – ₹2,000
- अंशु अभिषेक बड़ा – ₹1,000
- अजीत जनरल स्टोर – ₹5,000
- अनुराग होटल – ₹5,000
- विनीत किराना स्टोर – ₹2,000
कोटपा का उल्लंघन:
सीओटीपीए अधिनियम के तहत स्कूल परिसरों (100 मीटर सीमा) के आसपास की दुकानों की भी जांच की गई। टोंगो स्कूल के पास इन दुकानदारों को बिना लाइसेंस तंबाकू उत्पाद बेचते पकड़ा गया:
- तारा देवी
- सुमन मिंज
- अनिल बड़ा
- अंशु अभिषेक बड़ा
इन पर जुर्माना लगाया गया और तंबाकू बिक्री पर पाबंदी का निर्देश दिया गया।
जिला प्रशासन की अपील:
खाद्य सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता और जनस्वास्थ्य से संबंधित किसी भी गड़बड़ी को देखते ही संबंधित विभाग को सूचित करने का आग्रह किया गया है, जिससे जिला में सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षित बना रहे।
इस अभियान से यह संदेश मिलता है कि गुमला प्रशासन खाद्य और जन स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा पर सतर्क है और नियमों के उल्लंघन को बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा।
