गुमला | जिले में आम जनता की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान हेतु उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार मंगलवार को बिशुनपुर एवं घाघरा अंचल कार्यालयों में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान नागरिकों की विभिन्न व्यक्तिगत एवं सामूहिक समस्याओं की सुनवाई करते हुए संबंधित मामलों का निपटारा किया गया।
बिशुनपुर अंचल कार्यालय में आवेदनों का त्वरित निपटारा
बिशुनपुर अंचल में कुल 15 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें अधिकांश का निष्पादन मौके पर ही कर दिया गया। प्राप्त आवेदनों का विवरण इस प्रकार है:
- पारिवारिक सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र: 1 प्राप्त, 1 लंबित
- जाति प्रमाण पत्र: 6 प्राप्त, 6 निष्पादित
- आय प्रमाण पत्र: 2 प्राप्त, 2 निष्पादित
- आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र: 2 प्राप्त, 2 निष्पादित
- ऑनलाइन पंजी-2 सुधार: 3 प्राप्त, 3 प्रक्रियाधीन
- मकान क्षति से संबंधित आवेदन: 1 प्राप्त, 1 प्रक्रियाधीन
- लैंपस प्रतिवेदन (सेरका): निष्पादित
घाघरा अंचल कार्यालय में 28 में से 19 मामलों का निष्पादन
इसी तरह, घाघरा अंचल में कुल 28 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 19 आवेदनों का समाधान मौके पर कर दिया गया। इनमें प्रमुख रूप से निम्नलिखित मामले शामिल रहे:
- ऑनलाइन पंजी-2 सुधार: 15 प्राप्त, 11 निष्पादित
- एलपीसी (भूमि स्वामित्व प्रमाण पत्र): 1 प्राप्त, 0 निष्पादित
- भूमि प्रतिवेदन: 5 प्राप्त, 5 निष्पादित
- जाति प्रमाण पत्र: 7 प्राप्त, 3 निष्पादित
प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता – समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा, “जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम लोगों को शासन से सीधे जोड़ने का सशक्त माध्यम है। सभी अंचलाधिकारी यह सुनिश्चित करें कि प्राप्त आवेदन पारदर्शी तरीके से समयबद्ध रूप से निष्पादित हों, जिससे नागरिकों को बार-बार जिला मुख्यालय का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े।”
उपायुक्त ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि हर शिकायत को संवेदनशीलता के साथ देखा जाए और पात्र व्यक्तियों को उनके अधिकार समय पर दिलाए जाएं।
