वोकेशनल टीचर एसोसिएशन के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ. अटल पाण्डेय राज्यपाल से मिले, सात सूत्री मांग पत्र सौंपा, उच्च शिक्षा व्यवस्था की बदहाली को सुधारने की लगाई गुहार

डॉ पाण्डेय ने राज्यपाल से कहा- शिक्षकों व कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से नहीं लेते हैं अधिकारी 

रांची : वोकेशनल टीचर एसोसिएशन के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ अटल पाण्डेय के नेतृत्व में बुधवार को झारखंड के राज्यपाल संतोष गंगवार से मुलाकात कर उन्हें 7 सूत्री मांगपत्र सौंपा गया. सौंपे गए ज्ञापन में वोकेशनल सहित वर्तमान शिक्षा व्यवस्था की दयनीय स्थिति का जिक्र किया गया है. वोकेशनल के अधिकतर विभाग अतिथि शिक्षकों के भरोसे चल रहा है, परंतु उन्हें सम्मानजनक राशि नहीं मिल रही है। राज्यपाल ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल द्वारा उठाए गए सवालों पर कहा कि आपकी सभी समस्याओं पर कुलपतियों की बैठक में विचार किया जाएगा।

डॉ अटल पाण्डेय ने राज्यपाल से कहा कि वोकेशनल के प्रतिनिधि विश्वविद्यालय में नहीं होने से उनकी समस्या को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया जाता। वोकेशनल विषयों के शिक्षकों और कर्मचारियों के समायोजन पर राजभवन और सरकार को विचार कर, उचित निर्णय लेना चाहिए।

छात्र संघ का चुनाव कराने का अनुरोध 

डॉ पाण्डेय ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालयों में प्राध्यापकों, कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति नहीं होना, जो प्राध्यापक कार्य कर रहें हैं उनको समय पर प्रोन्नति नहीं मिलना, यह पूरे राज्य के लिए शर्मनाक है। शिक्षा जगत में आज सेशन लेट होना, प्राध्यापकों के अभाव के कारण गुणवत्तायुक्त शिक्षा छात्रों को नहीं मिल पाना, मूलभूत सुविधाओं का अभाव चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है।

उन्होंने राज्यपाल से लगभग 6 वर्षों से छात्र संघ चुनाव नहीं होने पर चिंता जतायी और जल्द विश्वविद्यालय छात्र संघ का चुनाव कराने का अनुरोध किया.

ज्ञापन में सीनेट और सिंडिकेट तथा एकेडमिक या कोर कमेटी में वोकेशनल शिक्षक एक या दो सदस्यों को रखने, राज्य में वर्षों से लंबित प्राध्यापक के प्रमोशन पर जल्द निर्णय लेने, इंटरमीडिएट शिक्षकों और कर्मचारियों का समायोजन विश्वविद्यालय में करने, अतिथि शिक्षकों को सम्मानजनक फिक्स वेतन देने आदि मुद्दे का जिक्र किया गया है. प्रतिनिधिमंडल में डॉ प्रशांत, सौरभ और अभिषेक बनर्जी भी शामिल थे।
