अजय राय ने उठाए सवाल…ग्रिड स्टेशन में स्थायी सुरक्षा गार्ड, सीसीटीवी निगरानी व आपातकालीन अलार्म सिस्टम क्यों नहीं है?
रांची: राजधानी रांची के समीप नामकुम ग्रिड में बीती रात हुए दिल दहला देने वाले घटनाक्रम ने राज्य के सभी विद्युतकर्मियों को गहरे आक्रोश और चिंता में डाल दिया है। हथियारबंद अपराधियों द्वारा करीब ढाई घंटे तक ग्रिड में मौजूद बिजलीकर्मियों और होमगार्ड को बंधक बनाकर 16 लाख रुपये की लूट को अंजाम देना कानून व्यवस्था और ऊर्जा विभाग की सुरक्षा प्रणाली, दोनों की विफलता को उजागर करता है।
झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने इस घटना को राज्य की ऊर्जा संरचनाओं पर सीधा हमला करार दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर राजधानी जैसे सुरक्षित माने जाने वाले इलाके में ऐसा हो सकता है, तो सुदूर और नक्सल प्रभावित इलाकों में कार्यरत बिजलीकर्मियों की स्थिति भयावह सोचनीय है।
श्री राय ने सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि इतने महत्वपूर्ण ग्रिड स्टेशन में स्थायी सुरक्षा गार्ड, सीसीटीवी निगरानी, और आपातकालीन अलार्म सिस्टम क्यों नहीं है? क्या करोड़ों की संपत्ति और कर्मियों की सुरक्षा को ऐसे ही भगवान भरोसे छोड़ा जा सकता है?
संघ ने उच्चस्तरीय जांच की मांग की
उन्होंने नामकुम ग्रिड लूटकांड की उच्चस्तरीय न्यायिक जांच की मांग की है. उन्होंने सभी ग्रिड/पीएसएस में स्थायी सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती करने, प्रत्येक ग्रिड पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे, सायरन, और रियल-टाइम निगरानी सिस्टम अनिवार्य रूप से लगाए जाने और बिजलीकर्मियों को सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण व आपातकालीन सुरक्षा उपकरण प्रदान किए जाने सीएम से आग्रह किया है.
संघ ने मुख्यमंत्री सह ऊर्जा मंत्री हेमंत सोरेन से मांग की है कि इस घटना को शीर्ष प्राथमिकता देते हुए पूरे राज्य में ऊर्जा केंद्रों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जाए। यदि सरकार द्वारा जल्द ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए गए, तो संघ राज्यव्यापी विरोध प्रदर्शन, कार्य बहिष्कार और अनिश्चितकालीन आंदोलन की राह पर जाने को बाध्य होगा।
