ग्रामीन शिविर में उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों से की पुरानी-पुकार सुनवाई, सुविधाओं का ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान

गुमला – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने विशुनपुर प्रखंड के गुरदरी पंचायत में सोमवार को आयोजित विशेष शिविर का आकस्मिक निरीक्षण कर स्थानीय लोगों से संवाद किया, जहां उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य, आधार, पेंशन, राशन और अन्य योजनाओं से जुड़ी समस्याएं सीधी बातचीत में सुनी।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने ग्रामीणों से कहा, “मैं आज आपके बीच इसलिए आई हूं ताकि आपकी आवाज़ सीधे मेरे पास पहुंचे और हम कैम्प में ही समाधान की शुरुआत करें।” उन्होंने यह भी ज़ोर देकर कहा कि सभी आवेदन स्पष्ट–साफ़ नाम, पता व संपर्क विवरण के साथ लिखें, जिससे तेजी से कार्रवाई संभव हो सके।

शिविर में उपस्थित किसानों और महिला ग्रामीणों ने आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में पोषण संबंधी सुविधाओं की कमी, खदानों के आसपास रोजगार की व्यवस्था, आधार पंजीकरण एवं जन्म प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने में देरी की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने तुरंत निर्देश दिया कि 22 से 25 जुलाई तक गुरदरी पंचायत भवन में विशेष आधार एवं प्रमाण-पंजीकरण शिविर लगाया जाएगा, जिसमें जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र बनाए जाएंगे। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि इसके बाद किसी भी समस्या की स्थिति में लोग सीधे उपायुक्त कार्यालय से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

कार्यक्रम में पेंशन लाभार्थियों को स्वीकृति पत्र वितरित किए गए और गर्भवती महिलाओं को संतुलित आहार संबंधी मार्गदर्शन दिया गया। स्वास्थ्य संबंधित पहलुओं पर भी उपायुक्त ने प्रतिबद्धता दिखाई, जिसमें उन्होंने पालिकाओं के तहत:

• स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र, सीएचसी और निर्माणाधीन MPC सेंटर की स्थिति का मूल्यांकन किया और निर्माण समयबद्ध पूर्ण करने, बेड इस्तेमाल सुनिश्चित करने व कुपोषण उपचार केंद्र (MTC) में भर्ती बच्चों की उचित देखरेख की बात कही।
• आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में पोषण कार्यक्रम एवं पोषण-युग्मित योजना की समीक्षा की।
• वन धन विकास केंद्र में स्वयं सहायता समूहों के उद्यम की सराहना करते हुए उनके कारोबार विस्तार के सुझाव दिए।

उपायुक्त के साथ निरीक्षण दल में विशुनपुर के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सुलेमान मुंडारी, अंचल अधिकारी शेखर वर्मा, JSLPS जिला प्रबंधक और हिंडालको ऑपरेशन हेड सहित अन्य परियोजना व अधिकारियों ने भी भाग लिया।
