गुमला – गुमला जिला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार गुमला जिले में आज खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा एक विशेष जांच अभियान चलाया गया। इस अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी लव कुमार गुप्ता ने किया।
अभियान के तहत सबेकर रेस्टोरेंट, कार्तिक स्वीट्स, प्रकाश होटल (सिसई रोड), होटल राज (मेन रोड), फन फूड, ब्लूम रेस्टोरेंट (थाना चौक), होटल स्वाद, चुलानी रेस्टोरेंट (लोहरदगा रोड), गोविंद स्टोर, लकी स्टोर (पटेल चौक) तथा रुचि स्वीट्स (जयपुर रोड) जैसे प्रमुख प्रतिष्ठानों में औचक निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान ऑन-द-स्पॉट खाद्य सैंपल की जांच की गई। जांच में सबेकर होटल, कार्तिक स्वीट्स, प्रकाश होटल, होटल राज, फन फूड और होटल स्वाद से लिए गए पनीर, रसगुल्ला और पेड़ा के नमूने गुणवत्ता मानकों पर खरे उतरे।
हालांकि, मां की रसोई से लिए गए पनीर के नमूने में खराबी पाई गई। इस पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए 750 ग्राम खराब पनीर जब्त किया गया। साथ ही स्वच्छता की कमी, लाइसेंस न होने और एफएसएसएआई अधिनियम 2006 के उल्लंघन के कारण प्रतिष्ठान पर ₹2000 का जुर्माना लगाया गया।
इस अभियान के दौरान स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से सभी प्रतिष्ठानों में “तेल, चीनी और नमक का सेवन धीरे-धीरे कम करें तथा उच्च रक्तचाप, मधुमेह और हृदय रोग के जोखिम को कम करें , जैसे संदेश वाले बैनर लगाए गए, जिससे आमजन में बेहतर जीवनशैली के प्रति जागरूकता फैल सके।
इस विशेष निरीक्षण अभियान में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर प्रियांशु कुमार एवं सूरज कुमार की भी सक्रिय भूमिका रही।
