पुरनपनिया पहुंचे उपायुक्त, कहा – अब सरकार की योजनाएं अंतिम गांव तक पहुंचेंगी

हजारीबाग — इचाक प्रखंड के पहाड़ी और सुदूरवर्ती गांव पुरनपनिया (पंचायत: डाडीघाघर) का बुधवार को उपायुक्त शशि प्रकाश सिंह ने दौरा किया। वर्षों से सड़क, शिक्षा, आधारभूत सेवाओं से वंचित इस क्षेत्र में उपायुक्त ने संवेदनशीलता दिखाते हुए कठिन भूगोल को पार कर गांव का प्रत्यक्ष निरीक्षण किया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों से संवाद कर सड़क, पानी, रोजगार, शिक्षा और आधार जैसी सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता पर फीडबैक लिया। उन्होंने कहा, “सरकार की प्राथमिकता अब अंतिम व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं को पहुंचाना है।”

सड़क निर्माण को मिलेगी हरी झंडी

वन क्षेत्र में आने वाली बाधाओं को दूर करने हेतु DFO सूरज कुमार से चर्चा कर वन प्रमंडल की सहमति से सड़क निर्माण के एस्टीमेट तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके साथ गांव में सामुदायिक भवन निर्माण की घोषणा भी की गई।

शिविर में ग्रामीणों को योजनाओं की जानकारी

ग्राम पंचायत भवन में स्वास्थ्य, पोषण, राशन, पेंशन, मनरेगा, आधार, केसीसी आदि से जुड़ी योजनाओं पर विशेष शिविर का आयोजन हुआ। उपायुक्त ने स्वयं आवेदन प्रक्रिया और लाभ वितरण पर निगरानी रखी।

शिक्षा व पोषण पर विशेष फोकस

इचाक प्रखंड भ्रमण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने विद्यालयों, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों, मिड-डे मील वितरण, और बच्चों की उपस्थिति की भी समीक्षा की। संथाली बहुल क्षेत्र में स्थानीय भाषा में पठन-पाठन सामग्री सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इसके अलावा अबुआ आवास योजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए दूसरी किश्त का भुगतान और जियो टैगिंग में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

जन वितरण प्रणाली की जांच

फोर्टीफाइड चावल, राशन मापतौल, और मृत लाभुकों की विलोपन प्रक्रिया की गहन जांच करते हुए उपायुक्त ने नए लाभुकों को जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया तेज करने का आदेश दिया।

पदमा किला का निरीक्षण, विश्वविद्यालय को हस्तांतरण प्रक्रिया तेज

उपायुक्त ने पदमा किला का निरीक्षण कर इसकी भौतिक स्थिति का अवलोकन किया। इसे विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय को सौंपने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। निरीक्षण के दौरान भवन को उपयुक्त पाया गया और संरचना के उपयोग को लेकर विस्तृत योजना बनाने पर चर्चा की गई।

इस भ्रमण में उपायुक्त के साथ प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, जिला समन्वयक, वन प्रमंडल अधिकारी, हिंडाल्को CSR हेड शत्रुजीत कुमार, जिला प्रबंधक JSLPS शैलेन्द्र कुमार सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
