कृषि के क्षेत्र में बेहतर काम करने वाले किसानों को सम्मानित किया गया. अतिथियों ने नाबार्ड द्वारा तैयार पुस्तिका का विमोचन किया
रांची : झारखंड में बहुत जल्द E KCC लॉन्च होने वाला है. नाबार्ड ने इसको लेकर तैयारी पूरी कर ली है. अब राज्य के किसानों को KCC का लाभ लेने के लिए बहुत लंबा इंतजार नहीं करना पड़ेगा. ये बात राज्य की कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कही. वो रांची के रेडिशन ब्ल्यू होटल नाबार्ड के 44वें स्थापना दिवस समारोह को संबोधित कर रहीं थी.
मंत्री ने कहा कि आने वाले समय में KCC के आवेदन का निबटारा 3 से 4 दिनों में कर लिया जाएगा. इसके लिए E KCC की शुरुआत नाबार्ड करने जा रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि आज सरकार द्वारा कई तरह की योजनाएं चल रही हैं, लेकिन जागरूकता के अभाव में किसान इसका लाभ नहीं उठा पाते हैं.
अगर सरकार, संस्थान, सहकारिता समूह, सहकारिता बैंक और अधिकारी टीम भावना से काम करे, तो समय सीमा के अंदर लाभुकों को योजना का लाभ अवश्य मिल सकता है. FPO इस दिशा में बेहतर प्रयोग साबित हो सकता है.
मंत्री ने कहा कि किसानों की मांग के उलट ऋण की राशि में कटौती अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है. किसानों द्वारा ऋण के लिए अंकित राशि का भुगतान हो, इस बात का खास ध्यान बैंकों को रखने की जरूरत है. उन्होंने कहा कि SLBC को इस बात को सुनिश्चित करने की जरूरत है कि ट्रैक्टर, पंपसेट या दूसरी अनुदानित योजना में किसानों के अंशदान को चेक से लेने की बाध्यता को शिथिल करना होगा.
इस मौके पर उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले लैंप्स-पैक्स के साथ-साथ कृषि के क्षेत्र में बेहतर काम करने वाले किसानों को सम्मानित किया गया. सम्मान पाने वालों में पद्मश्री चामी मुर्मू भी शामिल थीं. मंत्री ने इस दौरान नाबार्ड के स्थापना दिवस पर लगाए गए स्टॉल का भी भ्रमण किया.
नाबार्ड द्वारा तैयार पुस्तिका का विमोचन भी अतिथियों के द्वारा किया गया. नाबार्ड के स्थापना दिवस समारोह को मुख्य महाप्रबंधक गौतम सिंह, वित्त सचिव प्रशांत कुमार, BAU के कुलपति एससी दुबे, SLBC के महाप्रबंधक गुरु प्रसाद गोंड ने भी संबोधित किया.
