गुमला: ‘टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान 2025’ के तहत गुमला जिले में चल रहे विशेष जागरूकता एवं स्क्रीनिंग अभियान ने प्रारंभिक चरण में ही उल्लेखनीय गति पकड़ ली है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के नेतृत्व में 15 जुलाई से जिले भर में प्रारंभ हुए इस अभियान के तहत अब तक 5,312 नागरिकों की टीबी स्क्रीनिंग की जा चुकी है।
अभियान के पहले चार दिनों (15 से 18 जुलाई) में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीमों द्वारा गांव-गांव, टोला-टोला जाकर घर-घर स्क्रीनिंग की जा रही है। संभावित मामलों की पहचान कर प्राथमिक जांच, एक्स-रे, बलगम संग्रहण एवं CBNAAT परीक्षण की कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।
उपायुक्त ने सभी स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि दिसंबर 2025 तक गुमला को टीबी मुक्त घोषित करने के लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति हेतु अभियान को जनआंदोलन के रूप में संचालित किया जाए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि यह कार्य केवल विभागीय कार्रवाई नहीं, बल्कि नागरिक सहभागिता पर आधारित सामूहिक प्रयास है, जिसमें सभी पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों, विद्यालयों, धार्मिक संगठनों और स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।
अब तक के अभियान में जिले के 12 प्रखंडों में गठित माइक्रोप्लान टीमों द्वारा न केवल स्क्रीनिंग की जा रही है, बल्कि टीबी प्रचार रथों, लाउडस्पीकर प्रचार, दीवार लेखन एवं स्कूल स्तरीय जागरूकता गतिविधियों के माध्यम से लोगों को जानकारी भी दी जा रही है।
