डिजिटल सुरक्षा की पाठशाला: 23 जुलाई को आयोजित किया जाएगा जागरूकता कार्यक्रम

गुमला, शनिवार: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित सभा में 23 जुलाई को डिजिटल रक्षा पाठशाला का आयोजन करने पर सहमति बनी। कार्यक्रम का लक्ष्य साइबर धोखाधड़ी, फेक न्यूज़ और अन्य ऑनलाइन खतरों से आम नागरिक, विशेषकर युवा, को सशक्त बचाव तकनीक से लैस करना है।

क्या, कब, कहाँ और क्यों:
यह निशुल्क शिक्षा शिविर 23 जुलाई 2025 को कार्तिक उरांव कॉलेज, गुमला ऑडिटोरियम में सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर 1:30 बजे तक होगा। इसमें साइबर सुरक्षा विशेषज्ञों द्वारा डिजिटल दुनिया की सूक्ष्म चुनौतियाँ—जैसे फेक न्यूज़ की पहचान, सुरक्षित ऑनलाइन व्यवहार और भरोसेमंद ऐप व पोर्टल का उपयोग—के बारे में व्यावहारिक जानकारी दी जाएगी।

कौन और किसके लिए:
प्रथम चरण में 500 से अधिक प्रतिभागियों को आमंत्रित किया गया है। इनमें पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, VLE, छात्रों-छात्राओं, स्वयंसेवी समूहों के सदस्य, समाज कल्याण विभाग के कर्मचारी, पारा शिक्षकों, विद्यालय प्रधानों एवं डिजिटल माध्यम संचालकों को शामिल किया गया है।

कैसे तैयारियाँ चल रही हैं:
बैठक में नगर परिषद को ऑडिटोरियम की सफ़ाई सुनिश्चित करने, एसडीओ को पार्किंग व यातायात प्रबंधन, तथा बीडीओ को क्षेत्रीय सहभागिता को सुनिश्चित करने की जिम्मेदारी तय की गई। शिक्षा एवं समाज कल्याण विभागों को विशेष रूप से महिलाओं व ग्रामीण किशोरियों की उपस्थिती सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
पोस्टर, फ्लेक्स और प्रस्तुती सामग्री सभी प्रखंडों तक पहुंचाई जाएगी, साथ ही कार्यक्रम की जानकारी हार्ड और सॉफ्ट कॉपी दोनों रूपों में साझा की जाएगी।

भावी रणनीति:
उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि कार्यक्रम भाषणों तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा, बल्कि इंटरैक्टिव केस स्टडी, वीडियो क्लिप, प्रजेंटेशन और प्रश्न-उत्तर सत्र के रूप में होगा। उनका कहना था, “डिजिटल दुनिया में सुरक्षा के साथ आत्मविश्वास विकसित करने से युवा फेक न्यूज़ और साइबर फ्रॉड से मुक्ति पा सकते हैं।”

इस तरह ‘डिजिटल सुरक्षा पाठशाला’ लोगों को जागरूक करने, उन्हें साइबर खतरों से लड़ने योग्य बनाने और डिजिटल युग में स्वतंत्रता से केवल ऑनलाइन नहीं, आत्मनिर्भर रूप से जीने हेतु तैयार करेगी।
