रायडीह में भूमि विवाद व विकास योजनाओं की पारदर्शी समीक्षा — निदेशक डीआरडीए ने दिए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला, शनिवार: गुमला उपायुक्त के दिशा-निर्देशानुसार, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा के निदेशक ने शनिवार को रायडीह प्रखंड का दौरा किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने भूमि विवादों की जांच तथा मनरेगा और प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना (PMAY‑G) की प्रगति का विश्लेषण किया।

भूमि विवाद मामलों की सुनवाई:
प्रखंड मुख्यालय स्थित पीडीए कार्यालय में आयोजित बैठक में दो प्रमुख भूमि विवादों पर चर्चा हुई। कंदरा साहू ने बताया कि उनका मामला सिविल कोर्ट में लंबित है और सत्यापित प्रति प्रस्तुत करने में 15 दिन का समय मांगा, जिसे मंजूर कर लिया गया। वहीं एक अन्य आवेदनकर्ता का विवाद 1985 में पाई गई खरीदी व म्यूटेशन न होने से संबंधित था। निदेशक ने प्रखंड पदाधिकारी को दोनों मामलों में विधिसम्मत रूप से निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने और आवश्यक दस्तावेज एक सप्ताह में प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया।

विकास योजनाओं का भौतिक सत्यापन:
प्रशासन ने मनरेगा व PMAY‑G की समीक्षा की, जिसमें चेकर वेरिफिकेशन में सुधार हेतु सुझाव दिए गए। फिर निदेशक ने आम बागवानी, कुआँ व दीदी बाड़ी जैसे परियोजनाओं का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान योजनाओं की उन्नत गुणवत्ता, लाभुकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी और सूचना बोर्डों की सुस्पष्टता पर ध्यान दिया गया।

पारदर्शिता व समयबद्धता का निर्देश:
अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए कि सभी योजनाएं जनहित को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दें और समयबद्ध ढंग से पारदर्शी तरीके से कार्य किया जाए। लाभुकों से जुड़े शिकायतों का तेजी से निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
