गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार चैनपुर एवं बसिया अनुमंडल में आज शनिवार को साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर एवं बसिया द्वारा अपने-अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में आम नागरिकों की समस्याएं सुनी गईं और त्वरित निदान हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
चैनपुर एवं बसिया अनुमंडल में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आम नागरिकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत एवं सामूहिक समस्याएं अनुमंडल अधिकारियों के समक्ष रखीं। जिसमें कि सड़क, चापाकल, प्रमाणपत्र एवं जमीन से जुड़े मामले से संबंधित शिकायत आए। संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले के सभी प्रखंडों, अंचलों एवं अनुमंडलों में नियमित रूप से जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया जा रहा है, ताकि आम नागरिकों को अपनी समस्याओं को रखने के लिए जिला मुख्यालय आने की आवश्यकता न हो। स्वयं उपायुक्त भी प्रत्येक मंगलवार एवं शुक्रवार को नागरिकों से प्रत्यक्ष रूप से मिल रही हैं तथा उनके मुद्दों के समाधान हेतु तत्परता से कार्य किया जा रहा है।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य शासन और जनता के बीच सीधा संवाद स्थापित कर समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है। उपायुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस को पूरी संवेदनशीलता और गंभीरता से लेते हुए लोगों को न्यायसंगत समाधान उपलब्ध कराया जाए।
