“गुमला अंचल दिवस” का विस्तार, 116 शिकायतों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान

गुमला, 19 जुलाई – उपाधानुग्रह प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन में आज गुमला अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित विशेष अंचल दिवस में स्थानीय नागरिकों को 151 प्रस्तुति मामलों में से 116 का तत्काल समाधान मिला। इस पहल का उद्देश्य ज़मीन, म्यूटेशन, प्रमाण पत्र और सामाजिक सुरक्षा संबंधी समस्याओं के निवारण को प्रशासनिक स्तर पर सुलभ बनाना है।

गुमला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित स्वयं मौजूद रहीं, साथ में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी राजीव नीरज, अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार, अंचल अधिकारी और प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे। आवेदनकर्ताओं ने भूमि विवाद, म्यूटेशन, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, प्रमाण पत्र और तालाब अतिक्रमण जैसी समस्याएं दर्ज कराई। यह विशेष अंचल दिवस शनिवार, 18 जुलाई को आयोजित किया गया।

उपाधानुग्रह प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जनसमस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए अंचल दिवस की शुरुआत की, ताकि जनता को जिला मुख्यालय आने की नौबत न आए। सभी शैक्षणिक पदाधिकारियों ने तत्काल समाधान योग्य मुद्दों का निराकरण ऑन-द-स्पॉट किया और बाकी मामलों को सत्यापन के बाद शीघ्र निवारण हेतु विभागों को सौंपा।

समग्र समाधान — आंकड़ों की रूपरेखा

इसके अतिरिक्त, स्थल निरीक्षण के जरिए 54 प्रवेश-अस्वीकृति, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड और पेंशन स्वीकृति पत्र भी जारी किए गए।

महत्वपूर्ण घोषणा

उपायुक्त ने यह एलान किया कि अंचल दिवस अब “संपूर्ण लोक समस्या निवारण दिवस” के रूप में और विस्तारित होगा। इसके तहत अब बैंक खाते फ्रीज़, चापाकल मरम्मत, आधार ई-केवाईसी, ‘हिट-एंड-रन’ जैसे आपदा और लंबित दावों को भी शामिल किया जाएगा।

उपायुक्त की टिप्पणी

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा,

“अब हम ये मंच ज़मीन से जुड़े मुद्दों की सीमा तक सीमित नहीं रखेंगे—हमारी कोशिश है कि हर नागरिक की समस्या का स्थानीय स्तर पर समाधान हो, ताकि उन्हें जिलेभर के चक्कर काटने की आवश्यकता न पड़े।”

उन्होंने लोगों से आग्रह किया कि वे समय-समय पर स्थानीय अंचल कार्यालय से संपर्क बनाए रखें और केवल उन मामलों के लिए जिला स्तर पर आएं, जिन्हें वांछित निवारण तक पहुंचने में अड़चनें हों।

• करंज टोली में सार्वजनिक तालाब पर अतिक्रमण का निराकरण।

गुमला में अंचल दिवस अब एक व्यापक समस्या निवारण पहल बनता जा रहा है, जिसमें प्रशासन ने सबल पहल कर जनता को सीधे लाभ पहुंचाने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाए हैं। प्रशासन के इस स्पष्ट संकल्प और जन सहयोग से, सरकारी योजनाओं को धरातल तक पहुंचाने की दिशा में उम्मीदें मजबूत हो रही हैं।
