ई-कोर्ट प्रणाली पर गुमला में एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला आयोजित, अधिवक्ताओं और क्लर्कों को मिला तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण

गुमला, 20 जुलाई: गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित अधिवक्ता भवन के सभागार में रविवार को एकदिवसीय ई-कोर्ट कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया, जिसका उद्देश्य अधिवक्ताओं और उनके सहायक क्लर्कों को न्यायिक प्रणाली में तकनीकी नवाचारों से अवगत कराना था। यह कार्यशाला सिविल कोर्ट गुमला के तत्वावधान में संपन्न हुई और इसका उद्घाटन प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्रा द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलन कर किया गया।

डिजिटल न्याय प्रक्रिया को समझने का मिला अवसर

कार्यशाला में ई-कोर्ट प्रणाली, मुकदमों की ई-फाइलिंग, आदेशों की प्राप्ति और सुनवाई की तिथि संबंधी जानकारी की डिजिटल उपलब्धता पर विशेष रूप से प्रकाश डाला गया। जिला न्यायाधीश ने बताया कि अधिवक्ताओं और उनके सहयोगियों के लिए इन तकनीकों में दक्षता प्राप्त करना अब आवश्यक है, ताकि वे त्वरित और सुलभ न्याय प्रणाली का अधिकतम लाभ उठा सकें।

न्यायिक दक्षता के लिए सरल उपायों की जानकारी

प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश श्री मिश्र ने मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना दावे और दीवानी वादों के संचालन में आसान विधियों को अपनाने की सलाह दी। उन्होंने यह भी जानकारी दी कि अब सत्यापित प्रतियों की प्राप्ति की प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन कर दी गई है, जिससे अधिवक्ताओं को काफी सुविधा मिलेगी।

तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण और विधिक जानकारी साझा की गई

इस कार्यक्रम में डीएलएसए सचिव राम कुमार लाल गुप्ता, रजिस्ट्रार प्रतीक राज, और चीफ एलएडीसी देवेंद्र नाथ ओहदार ने कानूनी पहलुओं पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। वहीं, न्यायालय के सहायक नितिन कुमार और धीरज कुमार ने अधिवक्ताओं को स्कैनिंग, अपलोडिंग और ई-फाइलिंग की तकनीकी प्रक्रिया को विस्तार से समझाया।

प्रशिक्षण में अधिवक्ताओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी

इस अवसर पर मास्टर ट्रेनर हेमंत कुमार राय, आरके वर्मा, तापस कुमार लाल, अमर कुमार, शशि रंजन अखौरी, बलदेव शर्मा, बंशीधर मिश्रा, विनोद शुक्ला, कौशिक राम, जितेंद्र सिंह, संतोष सिंह, सृष्टि रॉय, आर्यन खान, और अवनीत पांडेय समेत कई अधिवक्ता और उनके क्लर्कों ने सहभागिता की।

यह कार्यशाला डिजिटल युग की न्याय प्रणाली में अधिवक्ताओं की भागीदारी को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक सकारात्मक पहल के रूप में देखी जा रही है।
