गुमला में सामान्य शाखा की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, प्रमाण पत्र निर्गमन में तेजी लाने के निर्देश

गुमला, 20 जुलाई: गुमला जिला समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय में शनिवार को अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र बड़ाईक की अध्यक्षता में जिला सामान्य शाखा की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक का उद्देश्य विभागीय कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा और प्रक्रियाओं में पारदर्शिता लाना था।

प्रमाण पत्रों की अद्यतन स्थिति पर हुई चर्चा
इस बैठक में सामान्य शाखा के प्रभारी पदाधिकारी सुशील खाखा ने अब तक विभाग द्वारा किए गए कार्यों की अद्यतन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। उन्होंने जाति प्रमाण पत्र, स्थानीयता प्रमाण पत्र, ओबीसी प्रमाण पत्र, चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र, तथा राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति से संबंधित प्रकरणों की स्थिति की विस्तृत जानकारी दी।

शस्त्र अनुज्ञप्ति और चौकीदार नियुक्ति पर भी चर्चा
बैठक में नए शस्त्र अनुज्ञप्ति आवेदन और चौकीदार नियुक्तियों को लेकर भी चर्चा की गई। इस पर अपर समाहर्ता बड़ाईक ने निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक शस्त्र अनुज्ञप्ति आवेदन की उपयोगिता की गंभीरता से जांच की जाए और आवश्यक स्क्रूटनी के बाद ही उसे संबंधित पदाधिकारी के पास अग्रेषित किया जाए।

लंबित प्रमाण पत्रों पर तेजी से कार्रवाई का निर्देश
बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता ने विशेष रूप से सभी लंबित प्रमाण पत्रों को प्राथमिकता के साथ निपटाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक प्रमाण पत्र को निर्धारित समय सीमा में निर्गत करना सुनिश्चित किया जाए ताकि आम जनता को किसी प्रकार की कठिनाई का सामना न करना पड़े।

कार्यालय कर्मियों की रही उपस्थिति
बैठक में सामान्य शाखा के अन्य पदाधिकारी और कर्मचारी भी उपस्थित रहे, जिन्होंने प्रमाण पत्र निर्गमन प्रक्रिया और लंबित मामलों पर फीडबैक साझा किया।

जिला प्रशासन का यह प्रयास कार्यकुशलता बढ़ाने और नागरिकों को सुगम सेवाएं प्रदान करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है।
