गुमला के सभी अनुमंडलों में आयोजित हुआ जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, अधिकारियों ने सुनीं आमजन की समस्याएं

गुमला, 22 जुलाई: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर गुमला जिले के सभी अनुमंडलों में मंगलवार को साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर बसिया, चैनपुर और गुमला अनुमंडल कार्यालयों में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारियों ने आम नागरिकों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याएं गंभीरता से सुनीं।

स्थानीय स्तर पर समाधान की पहल

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में नागरिक पहुंचे, जिन्होंने व्यक्तिगत और सामूहिक समस्याएं अधिकारियों के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कीं। प्रत्येक शिकायत को सुनकर संबंधित विभागों को त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए। इस पहल का उद्देश्य है कि ग्रामीणों को अपनी समस्या लेकर जिला मुख्यालय तक न आना पड़े, और उन्हें स्थानीय स्तर पर ही समाधान मिल सके।

उपायुक्त खुद भी सुन रही हैं नागरिकों की बातें

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित स्वयं हर सोमवार और शुक्रवार को सीधे आम नागरिकों से मिलकर उनकी समस्याओं को सुन रही हैं और त्वरित समाधान के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश दे रही हैं।

जन संवाद के ज़रिए बेहतर प्रशासनिक सेवा का लक्ष्य

उपायुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया है कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस को संवेदनशीलता और गंभीरता के साथ आयोजित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा, “इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य शासन और जनता के बीच सीधा संवाद स्थापित करना है ताकि समस्याओं का समाधान समयबद्ध और न्यायपूर्ण रूप से सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।”

हर प्रखंड-अंचल में नियमित आयोजन

जिले के प्रत्येक प्रखंड, अंचल और अनुमंडल कार्यालयों में इस कार्यक्रम को नियमित रूप से संचालित किया जा रहा है। इससे प्रशासन की पहुंच आम नागरिकों तक सुगम हो रही है और समस्या समाधान की प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता आ रही है।
