गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित, उपायुक्त ने सुनीं नागरिकों की समस्याएं, त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला, 22 जुलाई: गुमला समाहरणालय कार्यालय कक्ष में मंगलवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से पहुंचे नागरिकों की शिकायतों को व्यक्तिगत रूप से सुना और संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए।

भूमि मुआवजा से लेकर दूषित जल समस्या तक रखीं गईं फरियादें

गुमला थाना अंतर्गत चेटर निवासी दशरथ बाड़ा ने अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि उनकी खतियानी भूमि में से भारत माला सड़क परियोजना हेतु लगभग 2 एकड़ जमीन अधिग्रहीत की जा रही है, जिसके एवज में उन्होंने मुआवजा की मांग को लेकर आवेदन दिया है।

वहीं, पुग्गू और शास्त्री नगर से आए अभिनाश मिंज और नागो बाखला ने बताया कि उनके खेतों और घरों में PHED विभाग द्वारा दूषित पानी छोड़ा जा रहा है, जिससे खेती और जीवन यापन दोनों प्रभावित हो रहे हैं।

दिव्यांगों और महिलाओं की भी उठी आवाज़

आज के जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम में दो दिव्यांगजनों ने बैटरी चलित तीन पहिया साइकिल की मांग करते हुए आवेदन सौंपा। इसके अलावा टोटो क्षेत्र की दो विधवा महिलाओं ने उपायुक्त से रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया। उपायुक्त ने उन्हें महिला मंडल से जोड़कर आजीविका प्रदान करने का आश्वासन दिया।

महिला मंडल से धोखाधड़ी का मामला भी आया सामने

उर्मी तिराटोली, डूमरडीह की एकता महिला मंडल की सदस्यों ने बताया कि एक व्यक्ति तुलसी गोप ने उनसे ₹1.50 लाख की ठगी की है। मंडल की महिलाओं ने उपयुक्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की।

भूमि विवादों में सबसे अधिक शिकायतें

आज के कार्यक्रम में करीब 40 आवेदक शामिल हुए, जिनमें अधिकांश शिकायतें भूमि विवाद, ऑनलाइन नामांकन, सीमांकन, जबरन जमीन हड़पने, और अवैध पट्टा निर्माण से जुड़ी थीं।

राशन और पारिवारिक संकट की भी आई शिकायतें

एक शिकायतकर्ता ने बताया कि उन्हें दो महीने से राशन नहीं मिल पा रहा है। उपायुक्त ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग को त्वरित कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त का आश्वासन—हर समस्या पर संवेदनशीलता से होगा निर्णय

जन सुनवाई के अंत में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम नागरिकों से संवाद और उनके मुद्दों के समाधान का एक प्रभावी मंच है। प्रशासन हर शिकायत पर गंभीरता से विचार करेगा और त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।”
