गुमला: गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा युवाओं को सशक्त बनाने और उन्हें खेल तथा पर्यटन जैसे रचनात्मक क्षेत्रों से जोड़ने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया गया। इसी कड़ी में आज एक विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया,जिसमें जिला खेल एवं पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा सिद्दो-कान्हू युवा खेल क्लब योजना के तहत चयनित क्लबों को आर्थिक सहायता के रूप में प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदान की गई। साथ ही, पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा पंजिकृत स्थानीय फोटोग्राफरों और पर्यटक गाइड को औपचारिक रूप से प्रमाण-पत्र भी सौंपे गए।
सिद्दो-कान्हू युवा खेल क्लब योजना के अंतर्गत जिले के कुल 115 क्लबों को ₹25,000 की राशि उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। इस राशि का उपयोग स्थानीय स्तर पर खेलों को बढ़ावा देने, आवश्यक खेल सामग्री की खरीद और प्रशिक्षण गतिविधियों में किया जाएगा। इस क्रम में आज आयोजित कार्यक्रम के दौरान अंजन, बसुवा और कर्मटोली गांवों के प्रतिनिधियों को प्रतीकात्मक चेक सौंपा गया।उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो द्वारा की गई, जिन्होंने युवाओं को इस राशि का समुचित उपयोग करने और खेल भावना को बढ़ाने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में छिपी प्रतिभाओं को आगे लाने के लिए प्रशासन पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है और इस योजना के माध्यम से युवाओं को संगठित रूप में खेलों से जोड़ा जाएगा।
कार्यक्रम के दूसरे भाग में पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा पंजिकृत प्रतिभावान युवाओं को प्रमाण-पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। अंकित साहू और अभिषेक कुमार को प्रोफेशनल टूरिस्ट फोटोग्राफर के रूप में तथा अमित उराँव को पर्यटक गाइड के रूप में आधिकारिक रूप से मान्यता प्रदान की गई। यह मान्यता उन्हें जिले में पर्यटन स्थलों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने, दस्तावेजीकरण करने और आगंतुकों को मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करने की दिशा में सशक्त बनाएगी।
पर्यटन विभाग के अधिकारियों ने कहा कि इस प्रकार की पहल से न केवल युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे, बल्कि गुमला जिले की सांस्कृतिक, ऐतिहासिक और प्राकृतिक विरासत को एक नई पहचान भी मिलेगी। स्थानीय स्तर पर पर्यटन से जुड़े युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण और पहचान देने की दिशा में यह एक ठोस शुरुआत है, जिससे आने वाले समय में जिले का पर्यटन तंत्र और अधिक व्यवस्थित और समृद्ध हो सकेगा।
