गुमला में स्वतंत्रता दिवस तैयारियों को लेकर उपायुक्त और एसपी की अध्यक्षता में विशेष समीक्षा बैठक, आयोजन को लेकर दिए गए निर्देश

गुमला, 22 जुलाई: स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह 2025 को लेकर गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने तैयारियों की गति तेज कर दी है। मंगलवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन ज़मान की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में एक विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन हुआ, जिसमें कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा, जिम्मेदारियों का बंटवारा और विभागीय समन्वय पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने कहा—स्वतंत्रता दिवस सिर्फ आयोजन नहीं, राष्ट्रीय सम्मान का प्रतीक

बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी अधिकारियों से अपील की कि 15 अगस्त का आयोजन गरिमापूर्ण, अनुशासित और प्रेरणादायक हो। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक व्यवस्था को समयसीमा के भीतर गंभीरता और समर्पण के साथ पूर्ण किया जाए। उन्होंने पेयजल, शौचालय, बैठने की व्यवस्था, साफ-सफाई, मंच निर्माण, रंगाई-पुताई, विद्युत आपूर्ति और ध्वनि प्रणाली जैसी व्यवस्थाओं को प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दिए।

15 अगस्त को ड्राई डे और मांस बिक्री पर रोक

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि 15 अगस्त को पूरे जिले में ड्राई डे घोषित किया जाए और नगर परिषद द्वारा मांस विक्रय पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जाए, ताकि आयोजन की मर्यादा बनी रहे।

स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों को मिलेगा विशेष सम्मान

उन्होंने विशेष रूप से यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों, आंदोलनकारियों और उनके परिजनों को समारोह में सम्मान के साथ आमंत्रित किया जाए और बैठने व अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं।

एसपी ने की सुरक्षा व परेड अभ्यास पर सख्ती की बात

पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन ज़मान ने कहा कि परेड की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखी जाए और स्कूली बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य पर विशेष निगरानी रखी जाए। उन्होंने सिविल सर्जन को मौके पर प्राथमिक चिकित्सा सेवा की व्यवस्था करने का निर्देश दिया और एसडीपीओ से परेड अभ्यास को नियमित व व्यवस्थित ढंग से संचालित करने को कहा। उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को चाक-चौबंद और सतर्क रखने पर जोर दिया।

कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा और विभागीय जिम्मेदारियां तय

बैठक में सहायक निदेशक ललन कुमार रजक ने ध्वजारोहण, राष्ट्रगान, सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों, पुरस्कार वितरण सहित समस्त कार्यक्रमों की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत की और जिम्मेदार विभागों को उनकी भूमिकाओं से अवगत कराया।

प्रमुख अधिकारी भी रहे मौजूद

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, निदेशक डीआरडीए, एसडीओ सदर, सिविल सर्जन, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, नगर परिषद प्रतिनिधि, सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी सहित सभी विभागों के अधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

सफल आयोजन के लिए समन्वय की अपील

बैठक के समापन पर उपायुक्त ने सभी पदाधिकारियों से दायित्वों के निर्वहन में पूर्ण सजगता बरतने और आपसी समन्वय से काम करते हुए स्वतंत्रता दिवस को सफल और प्रेरक आयोजन बनाने का आग्रह किया।
