गुमला में “सशक्त पंचायतनेत्री अभियान” की कार्यशाला, महिला जनप्रतिनिधियों को मिली ट्रेनिंग

गुमला, 22 जुलाई: गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित नगर भवन के सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार “सशक्त पंचायतनेत्री अभियान” के तहत एक दिवसीय जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उप-विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो और अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र बड़ाईक ने संयुक्त रूप से की। इसमें जिले भर की महिला मुखिया, पंचायत प्रमुख और जिला परिषद सदस्यों ने हिस्सा लिया।

कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य — महिलाओं का सशक्तिकरण

कार्यशाला का मुख्य उद्देश्य महिला जनप्रतिनिधियों को पंचायती राज प्रणाली में अधिकारों, कर्तव्यों और भूमिका की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान करना था, ताकि वे अपने क्षेत्रों में सशक्त और पारदर्शी नेतृत्व कर सकें।

संविधानिक अधिकारों का सही उपयोग जरूरी

उप-विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा, “महिला प्रतिनिधियों को अपने संवैधानिक अधिकारों का सदुपयोग कर ग्रामसभा, योजना निर्माण, कार्यान्वयन और निगरानी में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभानी चाहिए।” उन्होंने ग्राम स्तर पर पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने पर भी जोर दिया।

नेतृत्व की भूमिका पर गौरवपूर्ण संदेश

अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र बड़ाईक ने महिला प्रतिनिधियों से संवाद करते हुए कहा, “सशक्त पंचायत तभी संभव है जब महिलाएं सिर्फ प्रतिनिधि न रहकर नेतृत्व की भूमिका भी अपनाएँ। उनका लक्ष्य पंचायत को स्वावलंबी, जवाबदेह और पारदर्शी बनाना होना चाहिए।”

प्रतिभागियों ने सराहा ट्रेनिंग का स्वरूप

कार्यशाला में उपस्थित महिला प्रतिभागियों ने इस पहल को अत्यंत ज्ञानवर्धक और प्रेरणादायक बताया। उन्होंने संवाद, अनुभव और चुनौतियाँ साझा की, जिससे प्रशिक्षण और प्रासंगिक बन गया।

अन्य अधिकारीगण रहे उपस्थित

इस दौरान जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो, जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण बाड़ा, उपाध्यक्ष संयुक्ता देवी के साथ-साथ संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी और कर्मचारी भी उपस्थित रहे।
