हज़ारीबाग, 22 जुलाई 2025ः आज अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद की हज़ारीबाग इकाई के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के परीक्षा नियंत्रक से मुलाकात की और UG स्पेशल जेनरिक पेपर की परीक्षा शुल्क में कटौती की मांग की। प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने इस मुद्दे पर जानकारी और समर्थन की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।
क्यों उठी यह मांग:
विभागीय ज्ञापांक (वि.भा.वि. प०–539/1831/2025) के अनुसार, विश्वविद्यालय की 3 जुलाई 2025 की बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया था कि सेमेस्टर 1 से 4 तक एक अतिरिक्त GE विषय का संचालन छात्रों के हित में उचित है। हालांकि, परीक्षा शुल्क को ₹650 प्रति सेमेस्टर निर्धारित किए जाने से छात्रों पर आर्थिक बोझ बढ़ गया है।
छात्र प्रतिनिधियों का तर्क:
अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद़ के हज़ारीबाग इकाई ने कहा कि यह राशि पूर्व में लिए जाने वाले परीक्षा शुल्क के आधार पर ही होनी चाहिए, ताकि छात्रों को किसी प्रकार की आर्थिक कठिनाई का सामना न करना पड़े। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिन्होंने पूर्व की GE परीक्षा में भाग नहीं लिया था, उन्हें इस बार उपस्थित होने का अवसर मिलना चाहिए।
परीक्षा नियंत्रक ने दिया आश्वासन:
प्रतिनिधिमंडल को परीक्षा नियंत्रक ने आश्वासन दिया कि इस समस्या का जल्द समाधान निकालने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। इसके लिए उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों से समन्वय करने का भी वादा किया।
संभावित आंदोलन की चेतावनी:
विद्यार्थी परिषद ने स्पष्ट किया कि यदि विश्वविद्यालय समय पर परीक्षा शुल्क में कटौती नहीं करती है, तो उन्हें आंदोलन की स्थिति में मजबूर होना पड़ेगा, जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी प्रशासन पर होगी।
