गिरिडीह डीसी ने औद्योगिक संस्थानों को ESP मशीन इंस्टॉल करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया

गिरिडीह : जिला स्तरीय पर्यावरण समिति की बैठक में उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव ने गुरुवार को पूर्व में दिए गए दिशा-निर्देशों के उचित अनुपालन की विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक की. समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने शहर के प्रमुख चौक-चौराहों पर डिस्प्ले बोर्ड लगाने का निर्देश, जिससे कि औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के प्रवेशीय वायु का नियमित आकलन किया जा सके और आमजनों को भी वायु प्रदूषण की स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त हो।

इसके साथ ही उपायुक्त ने सभी औद्योगिक संस्थानों को ESP मशीन इंस्टॉल करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया तथा जिन औद्योगिक संस्थानों में ESP मशीन इंस्टॉल है, उसकी तकनीकी कमियों को दूर करें। ESP मशीन इंस्टॉल होने से विभिन्न कंपनियों से निकलने वाले लाल और काला धुंआ पर रोक लगेगी।

उसरी नदी की सफाई पर सीएसआर फंड के क्रियान्वयन की जानकारी हासिल की

बैठक में उसरी नदी के संरक्षण तथा पर्यावरण समिति के उद्देश्य व कार्यों के संबंध में चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने उसरी नदी की सफाई और संरक्षण हेतु वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए उपलब्ध कराए गए सीएसआर फंड के क्रियान्वयन की जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा संबंधित अधिकारी को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

डीसी ने पर्यावरण प्रदूषण को कम करने के उद्देश्य से सीसीएल परियोजना के आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में ज्यादा से ज्यादा संख्या में वृक्षारोपण करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही औद्योगिक परिसर में मानक क्षेत्र में पौधरोपण करने का निर्देश दिया. इसके अलावा जिले में हो रही अवैध बालू खनन, डंपिंग एवम स्टोन माइंस एवं क्रशर के संचालन की गहनता से जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए.

बैठक में डीसी ने संबंधित अधिकारी को जिला अंतर्गत सभी कारखानों में ESP (इलेक्ट्रोस्टैटिक प्रेसिपिटेटर) मशीन इंस्टॉल करने के संबंध में उचित निर्देश दिए गए। इसके साथ ही इंडस्ट्रीज को वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग और ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट को सुचारू रूप से सक्रिय करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ. बिमल कुमार, पश्चिमी वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, अपर समाहर्ता, सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, उप नगर आयुक्त, नगर निगम, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, फैक्टरी इंस्पेक्टर, महाप्रबंधक, सीसीएल, क्षेत्रीय पदाधिकारी, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण, कारखाना निरीक्षक, कार्यपालक अभियंता, लघु सिंचाई विभाग आदि समेत अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
