विद्यार्थी को रोजगार के लिए तैयार करना इस पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारण के पीछे का मुख्य उद्देश्य: कुलपति प्रो चंद्र भूषण शर्मा

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय हजारीबाग के विवेकानंद सभागार के संगोष्ठी कक्ष में मंगलवार को दूसरे दिन मल्टीडिसीप्लिनरी कोर्सेज, वैल्यू एडेड कोर्सेज, स्किल एनहैंसमेंट कोर्सेज तथा एसोसिएट कोर तथा माइनर या इलेक्टिव के वोकेशनल कोर्सेज के निर्धारण को लेकर उच्च स्तरीय बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने की।

ज्ञात हो कि तीन दिनों तक चलने वाले इन मैराथन बैठकों में पारंपरिक विषयों के पाठ्यक्रम को लेकर विमर्श नहीं किया जा रहा है।

कुलपति ने बताया कि पहले से चल रहे इस प्रकार के पाठ्यक्रमों की सफलता की समीक्षा की गई। जो पाठ्यक्रम कम संख्यक विद्यार्थी चुन रहे हैं उन पाठ्यक्रमों में आवश्यक सुधार किए गए। कुछ पाठ्यक्रमों के नाम स्पष्ट नहीं थे जिसे सुधारा गया। अतिथि विशेषज्ञ गण के साथ विमर्श के उपरांत विद्यार्थियों के लिए उपयोगी कुछ नवीन पाठ्यक्रम भी जोड़ने पर सहमति बनी। इस विषय पर भी चर्चा की गई कि उन पाठ्यक्रमों की थ्योरी और जहां पर प्रैक्टिकल है, वहां प्रैक्टिकल की पढ़ाई की व्यवस्था कैसे की जाएगी।

प्रो चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने स्पष्ट किया कि ऐसे विषयों पर पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारण में इस विषय को केंद्र में रखा गया कि यह विद्यार्थियों के लिए रोजगार सृजन के अवसर उपलब्ध करा सके। कुलपति ने बताया कि इनमें से कुछ चुनिंदा पाठ्यक्रमों को बाद में अपग्रेड करके छह महीने का या एक वर्ष का सर्टिफिकेट या डिप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रम चलाने पर भी विश्वविद्यालय विचार करेगा।

सहमति बनी कि इन पाठ्यक्रमों के संबंध में सभी शिक्षकों को एवं विद्यार्थियों को जानकारी सुलभ कराने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। कुलपति ने बताया की हर पाठ्यक्रम पर 5 मिनट का वीडियो बनाया जाएगा। यह विश्वविद्यालय के वेबसाइट में उपलब्ध होगा। जिस पाठ्यक्रम के विषय में विद्यार्थी जानना चाहेंगे वह उस पाठ्यक्रम पर क्लिक करेंगे तो 5 मिनट का वीडियो उन्हें सब जानकारी उपलब्ध कराएगा। इसके अलावे सारे महाविद्यालय में यह पाठ्यक्रम डिजिटल बोर्ड द्वारा या बैनर द्वारा प्रदर्शित किए जाएंगे।

बैठक का संचालन नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 के नोडल पदाधिकारी डॉक्टर इंद्रजीत कुमार ने किया। बैठक में कम से कम 10 अतिथि विशेषज्ञ एवं विश्वविद्यालय के कई प्राचार्य एवं शिक्षकों ने भाग लिया।
