देवघर डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने राजस्व से जुड़े मामलों के निष्पादन में तेजी लाने का अधिकारियों को दिया निर्देश

देवघर : उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में मंगलवार को राजस्व, निबंधन एवं भूमि सुधार, भू-हस्तांतरण, भू-अर्जन से जुड़ी विभिन्न विषयों के साथ राजस्व संग्रहण की समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन समाहरणालय सभागार में किया गया। इस दौरान उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि राजस्व से जुड़े विवादों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निपटाया जाए, ताकि प्रशासनिक कार्यों में पारदर्शिता बनी रहे।

डीसी ने देवघर-बासुकीनाथ फोर लेन कार्य को जल्द पूर्ण करने का दिया निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने देवघर-बासुकीनाथ फोर लेन कार्य में हो रही देरी को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों को जल्द शेष बचे कार्यों को पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने आरसीडी शहरजोरी मोड़ (एमडीआर-222 पर) आसनबनी-अलगबरा-दुमदुमी-दनरबाद-करौं तक पथ का चौड़ीकरण एवं मजबूतीकरण, चितरा (ठाढ़ी) से मिश्राडीह (सारठ) भाया विरमाटी पथ निर्माण परियोजना, सिकिटिया-जियाखाड़ा-मनीगढ़ी पथ निर्माण एवं मजबूती कार्य के लिए एवं करौं-चांदचौरा-केन्दवरिया-आसनबनी-बुढ़ीकुरा पथ पुनर्निर्माण परियोजना के अलावा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-114ए (किमी 141.100 से 184. 00) तक के Widening to 2 lane with poved shoulder कार्य अंतर्गत उच्चस्तरीय पुल निर्माण के कार्यों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ जल्द पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

इसके अलावा मधुपुर बाईपास नई बि.जी रेल लाइन परियोजना कार्य में हो रही देरी पर नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को रेलवे से समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए कार्य को पूर्ण करने का भी निर्देश दिया।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा द्वारा उच्च न्यायालय से संबंधित लंबित मामलों की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी अंचलाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया गया कि न्यायालय से संबंधित मामलों को लंबित ना रखे, बल्कि प्राथमिकता के आधार पर त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए निष्पादित मामलों की अद्यतन स्थिति से उपायुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता एवं अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी को अवगत कराएँ।

सभी सीओ को सरकारी भूमियों का निरीक्षण करते रहने को कहा

इसके अलावा बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी अंचलाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि उनके द्वारा अपने अंचल अंतर्गत सरकारी भूमि का अवैध या फिर गलत तरीके से प्रयोग ना होने पाए इसके लिए पंचायत सेवक, अंचल निरीक्षक, मुखिया आदि को उपरोक्त जमीन का जिम्मेदारी दें एवं समय-समय पर स्वयं भी सरकारी भूमियों का निरीक्षण करते रहे, ताकि किसी तरह का अवैध निर्माण न किया जा सके।

बैठक में उपरोक्त के अलावा डीएफओ अभिषेक भूषण, अपर समाहर्ता हीरा कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, देवघर रवि कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, मधुपर राजीव कुमार, भूमि सुधार उपसमाहर्ता अमर प्रसाद, रेलवे के डिप्टी चीफ इंजीनियर, आरसीडी, नेशनल हाइवे, एनएचआई के कार्यपालक अभियंता, सभी अंचलों के अंचल अधिकारी, सहायक जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी रोहित कुमार विद्यार्थी व संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारी व कर्मी आदि उपस्थित थे।
