उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जनसमस्याओं पर त्वरित कार्रवाई, कई मामलों का हुआ ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान

गुमला : ः गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस जन संवाद कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं पंचायतों से आए नागरिकों ने भाग लिया और अपनी व्यथा, समस्याएं एवं आवश्यकताओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में नागरिकों की समस्याएं राशन, आवास, स्वास्थ्य, नगर निकाय व्यवस्था, सड़क निर्माण, नशा मुक्ति, शिक्षा, सामाजिक सुरक्षा आदि विषयों से जुड़ी थीं, जिनमें कई समस्याओं का समाधान मौके पर ही किया गया, जबकि शेष मामलों पर त्वरित एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।

11 हजार वोल्ट तथा एलटी तार हटाने हेतु आवेदन प्राप्त

तिर्रा गांव निवासी ललिता देवी ने बताया कि इनके घर के ऊपर 11 हजार वोल्ट का तार तथा एलटी लाईन का तार लगा हुआ हैं । जिससे कभी भी किसी प्रकार की दुर्घटना हो सकती है। उन्होंने आज जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आकर अपनी समस्या उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखी। उन्होंने बताया कि बारिश के दिनों में तथा तेज हवा चलने से घरवालों में डर का माहौल बना रहता है। इनके आवेदन पर सम्बन्धित पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देशित किया गया है।

करंज टोली वार्ड नंबर तीन में क्रशर प्लांट स्थापित किए जाने की शिकायत पर जांच के आदेश

करंज टोली वार्ड नंबर तीन के निवासियों का कहना है कि उक्त गांव में शिवालिक कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी द्वारा क्रशर प्लांट स्थापित किया जा रहा है। क्रशर प्लांट लगाए जाने से ग्रामीणों को स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ेगा। विशेषकर बच्चे एवं बुजुर्ग इससे अधिक प्रभावित होंगे।

ग्रामीणों ने आज उपायुक्त से मिलकर इस सम्बन्ध में आवेदन सौंपा है। उनका कहना है कि इस गांव में क्रशर प्लांट नहीं लगाया जाए। इनके आवेदन पर जिला खनन पदाधिकारी को जांच एवं आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत स्थित उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय, केमटे में शिक्षक की कमी को दूर करने के निर्देश

रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत केमटे पंचायत में स्थित उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय, केमटे में वर्तमान में मात्र तीन महिला शिक्षक पदस्थापित हैं। जिससे बच्चों की पढ़ाई बाधित होती है तथा कक्षा संचालन में भी काफी कठिनाई आती है। शिक्षक की कमी के कारण कई अभिभावक अपने बच्चे को अन्यत्र किसी अन्य विद्यालय में नामांकित करवा रहे है।

आज जन शिकायात निवारण दिवस में जनप्रतिनिधि द्वारा उपायुक्त से मिलकर यह समस्या बताई गई। उन्होंने कहा कि उक्त विद्यालय में विषयवार शिक्षकों की आवश्यकता है। जिससे बच्चों की पढ़ाई सुचारु रूप से हो और विद्यालय का संचालन भी सही से हो सके।

इलाज हेतु आर्थिक सहायता की मांग लेकर आए फरियादी

पालकोट गांव निवासी मालावती देवी को पित्तनली में गांठ की समस्या है। उनका इलाज रांची के कई सरकारी अस्पताल में कराया गया। लेकिन डॉक्टरों द्वारा बताया गया कि इस बीमारी को सर्जरी के जरिए ही ठीक किया जा सकता हैं।
आवेदक का कहना है कि डॉक्टर द्वारा सर्जरी किसी निजी अस्पताल में कराया जाने की बात कही गई। लेकिन इनकी आर्थिक स्थिति काफी दयनीय है। लेकिन परिवार सर्जरी कराने में असमर्थ है।

इनके आवेदन पर उपायुक्त ने त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए सिविल सर्जन,गुमला को आवश्यक कार्रवाई एवं सहयोग के निर्देश दिए हैं।

आज के जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आंगनबाड़ी सेविका, जमीन विवाद, आवास योजना, सामाजिक पेंशन, सड़क निर्माण, रोजगार सहायता, घरेलू विवाद समाधान आदि विषयों से जुड़े कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए।

उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से पढ़ा और संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी एवं मानवीय दृष्टिकोण से सभी समस्याओं का समाधान करें।
