देवघर डीसी ने सहायक आचार्य नियुक्ति को लेकर चल रही जिला स्तरीय काउंसलिंग का किया निरीक्षण,नियमों का शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन करने का निर्देश

देवघर : जिले के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने समग्र शिक्षा अभियान कार्यालय में गुरुवार को सहायक आचार्य नियुक्ति को लेकर जिला स्तरीय काउंसलिंग कार्य का निरीक्षण कर वस्तुस्थिति का जायजा लिया।

उपायुक्त ने सहायक आचार्य (6-8 वर्ग- भाषा) पद के लिए चल रही काउंसलिंग को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों व कर्मियों से कहा कि सरकार का आदेश विज्ञापन प्रकाशन में दिए गए मानदंड तथा नियुक्ति नियमावली के नियमों को शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन करते हुए कार्य करना सुनिश्चित करें।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में डीसी लकड़ा ने अभ्यर्थियों की सुविधा के लिए बनाए गए हेल्प डेस्क द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यों का जायजा लिया। बता दें कि सफल घोषित और अनुशंसित कुल 48 अभ्यर्थियों का समग्र शिक्षा अभियान कार्यालय में काउंसलिंग आयोजित की जा रही है।

दस्तावेजों का हो रहा सत्यापन

काउंसलिंग में शामिल होनेवाले अभ्यर्थियों के सभी मूल प्रमाण-पत्रों के साथ-साथ दो-दो स्वप्रमाणित प्रतियों की जांच की जा रही है। ये दस्तावेज दो अलग-अलग फोल्डरों में क्रमवार जमा किये जा रहे हैं।

जिन पर अभ्यर्थी का नाम, अनुक्रमांक, विषय, पिता का नाम और श्रेणी स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा होना चाहिए। दस्तावेजों की जांच के दौरान यदि कोई कमी पाई जाती है, तो मौके पर ही सुधार का विकल्प दिया जाएगा, लेकिन अंतिम निर्णय प्रशासनिक मानकों पर आधारित होगा।

इसके अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज सत्यापन के बाद चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को पदस्थापन पत्र जारी किए जाएंगे और उन्हें संबंधित विद्यालयों में नियुक्त कर दिया जाएगा। जिला प्रशासन की ओर से यह प्रक्रिया पूरी पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता के साथ संचालित की जा रही है।

डीसी के निर्देश पर शिक्षा विभाग और चयन आयोग समन्वय बनाकर कार्य कर रहा है, ताकि जिले के सरकारी विद्यालयों में योग्य शिक्षकों की बहाली जल्द से जल्द पूरी की जा सके। निरीक्षण के समय जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी बिनोद कुमार, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक मधुकर कुमार, डीएमएफटी की टीम एवं संबंधित विभाग अधिकारी व कर्मी आदि उपस्थित थे।
